In order of my interaction, the staff here, from Daniel, Samantha, Clare and Ruta, were all professional, highly skilled, pleasant and got the job done from beginning to end. Working with me as a vendor for valuation, viewing, offer management and finally completion. I could not be more grateful and it is absolutely refreshing to work with such a competent organisation, great voices, lively and animated personalities & wonderful people.

We very recently bought our home through Philips George, and as it being our first we were unsure what to expect after hearing all the nightmare stories about buying and selling homes! Ours however was completely the opposite, Samantha was excellent all the way through the sale. She was always there to take your phone call or email, Always kept us updated and made us feel at ease. From the beginning to the completion of sale Arjan was very professional and friendly, he kept me up to date on the process and was always happy to answer any queries. If He was unavailable his colleagues were always helpful and interested .

Having to cope with two cantankerous 70 year olds is a challenge for anyone but Samantha managed to approach the issue with patience, politeness and a positive attitude ready to face the challenges that she knew would be forthcoming.

While we had a number of concerns about the whole process of buying a new home and expecting a lengthy period of arranging viewings and extended negotiations with potential sellers before securing an acceptable offer, Samantha continued to display a positive attitude and a level of confidence and personal commitment which reassured us to the extent that eventually showed our concerns were groundless.

We could not fault Samantha’s level of professionalism and enthusiasm which she displayed on a number of occasions in communications with potential sellers to the extent that she was able to secure the perfect property within the first few weeks of our search in what is a very competitive market – well done Samantha that is some achievement.

In conclusion I would like to stress that Samantha always demonstrated a broad range of interpersonal and communication skills in keeping us abreast of any discussions or potential issues expressed by interested parties and providing constructive solutions when necessary.

Having never sold a house before I had no idea what needed doing. Thankfully Clare and her team guided me through the whole process and were very good at keeping me updated all the time. The sale took a lot longer than it should have but this was down to the buyers and I was still updated whenever there was anything to tell me.
