Disappointed first order experience. Website states that Free deluxe samples on every order, and there was none in my shipment after spending over $250 including a 7.4 fl oz shampoo for $90 and a tiny bottle of scalp boost oil for $85.

Wrote a review for my experience and it wasn't showing up after I've verified my email. Thinking it's a glitch and wrote another review, same thing happened, the reviews are hidden even I've verified my email. Now it makes sense why they have so many 5 stars reviews because they hid the unfavorable ones.

Adding to the dissatisfaction, I emailed customer service via Contact Us and provided my order number & let them know about my experience. There is still no response from them.

I haven't tried enough of their products yet to see if they worth the money, all I can say is for a luxury brand charging so much for their products, their customer service is really lacking.

I got the 12 Days of Christmas PHILIP B. Collection Calendar for Xmas. New fan of Peppermint Avocado Shampoo, but overall would not go out of my way to buy their products (a bit too expensive for my bathroom).

total scam - 2 weeks have passed since i was promised a refund. Incompetent and total frauds. They are not even professional enough to communicate what is happening if anything and now they have received both the payment and product back. Disgusting company.

If I can give -10 stars I would.
Seriously, if you are looking for luxury shampoos, buy Oribe, Aveda, or Sisley. They are all very good and give you what you want. Make your hair shine and soft without weighing it down, and most importantly, NO SULFATE. You can also get very luxurious experience without paying the insane price Philip B has.
I spent $85 on the shampoo ( only for 7.4 oz which is less than 250ml) and $95 on the conditioner (this one only 6oz which less than 200ml).

I don't mind if the quality is good when I purchase something pricy, but Philip B is a pure scam.
The smell is just essential oil that reminds people of food. The hair doesn't look good nor feel good after using it--probably because they use cheap ingredient like the drug store ones but cause 3 times more.
Not to mention the ridiculous amount in a bottle. Never have I buy anything this outrageous. Most shampoo is at least 250 ml and of course way less than $85.
Again, if the products are anything good I wouldn't complain. THE SHAMPOO HAS SULFATE. If I am paying this much for a supposed to be a luxury shampoo, I would expect no sulfate. I am not spending this much to ruin and dry out my hair.

And the customer service sucks. I am sorry but I said it. I accidentally placed a subscription, and they would NOT remind you before they automatically charge you for the order. I asked right away to cancel the order, and asked for a refund. They DID NOT REPLY UNTIL THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED. And I was told they cannot cancel the order, and if I want to, I can ship back the order myself.

Edit: Now the order is finally arrived, I tried to contact them for a return, and they don't accept any return.

Please just do not buy from Philip B for your own sake.

And again, I wouldn't even want to cancel the subscription nor the order if the products have any good, but I am telling everyone who is looking for a luxury shampoo to avoid Philip B. Pure Scam.
