Hired a chauffeured rolls Royce…

Hired a chauffeured rolls Royce Cullinan. The driver kiyani provided top service whilst on the job. The car was top standard and Kiyani was on time for both drop off and pick up. Would definitely recommend using this company and I will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service!!

We recently hired three luxury vehicles from Phantom Car Hire – the Rolls Royce Ghost Series II, Ghost Series I, and the Rolls Royce Phantom – and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial inquiry to the day of the hire, we were thoroughly impressed with the service.

Urfan, who handled our booking and delivery, was a true professional throughout. He arrived early on-site, ensured every detail was in place, and maintained the highest level of discretion and courtesy. The vehicles were immaculate, presented to the highest standard, and enhanced with custom showplates, which added a personalised touch for the occasion.

Phantom Car Hire exceeded all expectations, delivering not only stunning vehicles but also unmatched service and reliability. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a premium, stress-free luxury car hire experience.

Rolls-Royce for wedding

We hired a Rolls-Royce for our wedding and it was perfect. The car looked amazing, super clean and classy, and the driver was really friendly and professional. Everything ran smoothly as expected and it added such a nice touch to the day. Definitely glad we went with Phantom Hire

Excellent service provided

Was recommended by a work colleague as he used it for his wedding.

We booked 3x RollsRoyce for brother’s wedding, the process was simple and quick with reasonable pricing.

The chauffeurs were very professional and were on time. Made sure everything was smooth on their end.
Helped with aligning the cars better for photographs/videos

Ribbons & a personalised number plate was added which made it more touching and there were refreshments in the car.

Will be using Phantom Hire again and recommending to friends and family.

Quoted £500 for three hours!!
Took £200 deposit then arrived paid the £300 in cash, which then the driver told me it was £1000 I was to pay, which I refused because I quoted £500!! Spoke to the man about what colour off ribbon and what number plate as well! He drove off with the £300 cash, so they stole the whole £500!
Left my wife without any car on our wedding day, when my wife phoned the company he argued with her saying we had be racist and that he would slap my wife! Luckily good friends pulled through and saved the day!
Police has been contacted!!

We’re very disappointed by this review, which seriously misrepresents the facts.

You were quoted £1,200 for this booking, including travel to Scotland, which is over 6 hours away from our central showroom. This was a figure clearly outlined in the emails sent to you at the time of booking. When our chauffeur arrived, you handed over only £300, in addition to the £200 deposit previously paid. Our team explained that the full balance was required before the service could proceed.

Despite this, you insisted the total was £500 — which is incorrect — and became confrontational. Our chauffeur was also subjected to racist language, which made him feel deeply uncomfortable.
Due to your behaviour and failure to pay the agreed amount, our chauffeur was instructed to leave. We reported this incident to the police immediately and are cooperating fully with their investigation.

As this is now a police matter, we will not comment further publicly — but we stand fully behind our team and their actions.

100% Recommend Phantom Hire

We used Phantom Hire after finding them on Google for our Wedding on 3rd May 2025. The service from Kiyani was amazing, he was polite, very attentive to my nerves and made me and my bridal party feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, he even pulled over for me so I could catch my breath and settle my nerves before we got to the church. The car was perfect, clean and well maintained. Lovely touch with the number plate that we got to keep. Would definitely use again and will 100% recommend to others. Thank you 😊

Wedding Day

What can i say Booked a Rolls Royce and a hummer limousine . Fantastic service provided by Kayani Professional , Friendly and had no problems going above and beyond for my family. I can say this was my wedding day and they did not disappoint would definitely recommend.

It started well, then went downhill fast - beware!

My initial experience with Adam in Sales was positive. He was helpful and responsive for the booking for a wedding which involved 3 locations.

It's a long sorry tale but what has led me to leave this review was my experience with another Adam - a "senior manager". This man called me from a non-recorded line to try and 'resolve' an issue. In doing so, he was extremely rude, dismissive and abusive. When I noted that I would share my experience which my circle, he vindictively said he was going to invoice me for an additional hour and would sue me if this wasn't paid within 7 days. As a service user, I've never been so disrespected by an unprofessional individual.

I fully expect to see a defensive, even attacking response to this review but I will not be silenced.

In addition to the above, beware of their standard terms and conditions which you will receive after confirmation of booking. Reading through the terms, it is my view that some terms could be deemed to be unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. There is a clear imbalance of rights which for example allows the company "a grace period" to be late and to bill for additional hours regardless of circumstances, something that you and the consumer will not enjoy.

I chose not to complain directly to Mazar Iqbal (their MD) as I'd initially intended to do after my call with Adam left me in tears. I want nothing further to do with the company.

Some context if you're interested:
On the day of the booking, I got a call to say the driver was running late. This was not a disaster in the grand scheme of things so I said it was fine. Driver eventually arrived and was nice enough.

Prior to setting off to the final location, we paid extra to extend the booking. Unfortunately, there were severe issues on the route which meant the journey took hours, in near standstill traffic. The subsequent events that occurred are in dispute by myself and the company as the driver has one version and the bride and groom, along with myself have a different view. In summary, the car broke down and the bride and groom exited the car to hitch a ride with a wedding guest to the reception. The car didn't make it to the contracted final location. It was only on the day after the wedding that I was informed that the issue had been overheating. The driver didn't say this at the time to the couple. As they didn't make it to the venue in the car as contracted, I attempted to enquire about any possible recompense, only to have a very distressing call which ended with a further invoice and threat to sue.

You may be lucky and everything may go well for your booking, if it doesn't, beware. I do not wish my experience on anyone.

Thank you for sharing your concerns and providing us with an opportunity to respond. We understand how important this event was, and while we regret any distress caused, we believe it is necessary to clarify the situation and provide an accurate account of the events that took place.

Firstly, we note that you were not present in the vehicle at the time of the journey. While we appreciate your intention to advocate on behalf of the bride and groom, it is important to highlight that your account is based on second-hand information, which may not fully reflect the circumstances as they occurred.

On the day of the booking, there were significant traffic delays, which were entirely beyond our control. Despite this, we went above and beyond to accommodate the situation by providing an additional two hours of service at no extra charge to ensure the journey could proceed as smoothly as possible.

Regarding the events on the motorway, our chauffeur acted responsibly and within the boundaries of the law. While we understand the urgency and frustration of the situation, the chauffeur was expressly prohibited from using the hard shoulder to bypass traffic, as doing so would have been a clear violation of traffic laws and would have endangered the safety of all passengers and other road users. Safety and legality are paramount, and we cannot condone or facilitate unlawful actions, even under challenging circumstances.

The bride and groom made the decision to leave the vehicle while it was stationary on the motorway. Unfortunately, this occurred without notifying or consulting our chauffeur. They opted to enter another vehicle and use the hard shoulder to reach their destination. While we understand their frustration, this decision was made independently and was outside our control.

During the journey, there were also tensions between the bride, groom, and their photographer, which created a challenging environment for our chauffeur. The shouting and disputes left our chauffeur feeling threatened, yet he remained professional and focused on managing the situation to the best of his ability under the circumstances.

In response to your mention of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we would like to emphasize that our terms and conditions are fully compliant with the law. These terms, which you agreed to at the time of booking, clearly state that delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. They also reflect our commitment to safety by ensuring that our chauffeurs operate strictly within legal parameters.

While we deeply regret that the experience fell short of expectations, we believe that our team acted professionally, responsibly, and with the utmost regard for safety and legal compliance. Our priority was always to deliver the best possible service under the challenging circumstances presented.

We remain committed to learning from every situation and continually improving our services.
