Photos need to match product

The product is great, chewy balls with squeaker. Delivery quick. I was expecting a multipack of 3 balls per the online photos on website and electronic invoice/order confirmation, but the multipack only had two balls.

Thank you, Peter, for your review and for your kind words about the product quality and delivery speed. We are happy to hear your pup is enjoying the toys!

Regarding the pack size, the small size variant comes in a 3-pack, while the medium and large sizes are supplied as a 2-pack. The order confirmation and images update once the size is selected, but we understand how the default image (showing the small 3-pack) may have caused some confusion. We’ll be reviewing how this is displayed to make it clearer for our customers.

We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our product pages and customer experience.
