This company is extremely disappointing…
This company is extremely disappointing to deal with. Their customer service is terrible. When I received the fish, 3 were already dead. One of them appeared to have been dead for about a week, which means it was likely dead before being shipped. Another had clearly been dead for several days. To make matters worse, there was no heat pack included in the shipment, even though temperatures were only around 10–13°C. How is that acceptable when shipping tropical fish? On top of that, one of my fish went missing. I was told they would investigate the issue, but after waiting a week with no update, I had to contact them myself. Only then was I told that the fish could not be shipped and that I would receive a refund. The money is not what concerns me. What I care about is my fish. I strongly recommend that people think very carefully before purchasing fish from or using the shipping services of this company.
