The app is good, but sometimes the garage owners quote lower prices to what they actually are at the pump.

Ideal for locating petrol prices in any local area especiallywhen away from my local area. Usually accurate to within a penny but can vary if price or supply volatile. As a rule I don't go far off my intended route.

Prices given for types of fuel they don't sell!
It's clear that this site works for some.
But if, like me, you want to find premium diesel, get used to the idea of being misled. "Up-to-date" prices are published for stations that don't - and never have - sold premium diesel. It's not just a case of lack of availability; that would be forgivable!

A number of stations provide the information directly to the UK government which is the data we then use, otherwise the data comes directly from transactions. Incorrect prices, wasted journey
Honestly I am not sure why the website exists and how they can justify their bad information to their advertisers. Was bitten once but tried again as showing that my local Sainsbury was £1.35 per litre for diesel with the price checked today. Went along to find it was actually £1.40, totally wasted journey. Would advise anyone not to bother relying on this website or even bother using it.

Get this app on your phone if you're a driver
This is just about the most useful app to have on your phone if you're a motorist.
We saved 10p a litre on fuel whilst travelling back from Suffolk along the A12 and that was for BP diesel compared with the lowest supermarket offering.
