It was very worrying when our cats went missing. Knowing Petradar was there was so reassuring for us. They both found their way home again but knowing Petradar was available really did help

This company basically robs you blind! I signed up as my cat was missing the moment I paid my neighbor informed me she had seen my cat so i cancelled it instantly. I contacted the to kindly ask for a refund and they still haven’t got back to me over a week later! Also Alexandra I had contacted you directly on multiple occasions through your email as it is the only source of contact and I still have not received a reply so this is the only way to let people know how you handle your business

We’re sorry to read this, though your review is quite surprising.
We take customer support very very seriously and respond to every single message we receive from all pet parents, personally and as quickly as possible, regardless of the issue. I haven't been able to find any inquiry from you in our system.
We also asked you to provide any proof of using our service and none has been provided. Because of this, we unfortunately have no way to verify your claims.
Editing your review and mentioning my name after I signed a public response does not mean you had prior contact with me privately 🙏
So I do have to ask: are you sure your message was actually sent to us?
Had we received it, we would have gladly looked into your account and explained the situation. If your furry friend was found quickly, that’s of course wonderful news 🐾

Pet radar led to our cat being found. He wandered far from home but som lovely people who gave cats of their own found him and looked up pet radar and literally called to our door. We are forever grateful to them

Such an easy to use site, however, editing was a bit difficult, as others have previously stated. This needs to be fixed to allow proper editing further down the page, otherwise a helpful site, despite being a little pricey.

Regarding pricing, we do our best to offer as much as possible for free, including the website listing, QR poster, sighting form, and guidance throughout the search. The paid option is mainly for social media advertising, where we pay Meta directly to show the ads to people in your chosen area, and the more views you choose, the higher the cost 🥲.

Pagas por difusión en redes y es falso, no publican nada en ningún sitio (nunca encontré una sola referencia en redes sociales, ni ninguno de mis amigos o conocidos vieron ningún anuncio aún buscándolo intensamente).
Tampoco facilitan nada el dejar una reseña en su sitio web o aplicación.

Queremos aclarar que nuestro servicio no es en absoluto un fraude. Muy al contrario, trabajamos activamente para ayudar a los dueños de mascotas en situaciones muy difíciles y, de hecho, incluso compartimos información y recursos para que las personas puedan protegerse de estafas reales que lamentablemente existen en este ámbito.
En cuanto a la difusión, lo que ofrecemos son anuncios en redes sociales (publicidad), no publicaciones. Los anuncios se distribuyen de forma segmentada en la zona elegida, en feeds, stories, etc., y no funcionan como publicaciones tradicionales.
Además, cada usuario dispone de un dashboard personal, donde puede seguir su campaña, acceder a los materiales y ver toda la información relacionada con su búsqueda en cualquier momento.
Sobre las reseñas, invitamos activamente a todos los usuarios a compartir su experiencia una vez finalizada la búsqueda, no hay ninguna limitación en ese sentido.
Si tienes cualquier duda sobre tu campaña o dificultades para acceder a tus recursos, estamos siempre disponibles para ayudarte y revisarlo contigo 🙏

PetRadar was very supportive and their advice and posters invaluable.
I would recommend any missing pet owner to use them.
I cannot vouch for their social media posts but, hey ho, my 1yr old cat came back by himself 14 days after going missing, possibly because I left my t-shirt (scent) outside following PetRadar advice.

Paid the fee to post advert of our missing cat. But nothing has gone live, which we have checked across multiple accounts.
For clarity, I have contacted Petradar and asked for proof that this was posted. The 'proof' they sent was a link to a 'demo ad', which is not live for anyone. This is clearly a scam.
They are the worst type of people, using peoples grief and fear for personal profit.

Nous comprenons aussi ta déception concernant le nombre de retours. Les campagnes que nous proposons sont des publicités locales (un peu comme une annonce dans un journal), ce qui permet de donner de la visibilité à l’annonce et de toucher de nombreuses personnes autour de toi.
Cependant, nous ne pouvons pas contrôler si les personnes qui voient l’annonce disposent d’informations sur l’animal 😔 Parfois, il faut un peu de temps pour que les gens deviennent attentifs, reconnaissent un animal ou fassent le lien et se manifestent. Même si une seule réaction peut sembler peu, il suffit parfois d’une seule bonne personne pour faire la différence 🙏
Merci encore pour ton retour honnêt. Chaque avis compte énormément pour nous et nous aide à continuer de nous améliorer 💛

It is a useless website . I paid $147 dollar for 1.5 radius posting information and receive 0 reply or tip . While I posted for free from Pawboost and received helpful tip to find my pet there within less 1 hour from the post on Pawboost . I requested my refund less than 24 hrs from paying for their helpless services

As explained in our previous communication, the service you purchased with PetRadar is targeted social media advertising, and your campaign delivered over 11,000 local views to help raise awareness in your area.
We completely understand how important it is to receive sightings quickly, and we truly wish we could guarantee that. Unfortunately, no platform can control whether the people who see an ad have relevant information or come forward. As much as we would love for tips to come in every time, this is not something anyone can guarantee.
That said, we’re genuinely so relieved to hear that Bootsie was found safe. That’s always what matters most 💛
All core tools (posters, website listing, sighting form, guidance) are provided free of charge. The paid portion specifically covers advertising costs with third-party platforms, which are incurred once a campaign goes live and are therefore non-refundable, as outlined in our policy.
