I’ve scoured the internet trying to find a good quality hideaway for our wee Boston Terrier to replace a travel crate she made her den and was outgrowing. She has taken to her new den right away and happily hides away in there with whatever item she has managed to steal without us seeing her! The quality is superb and a great investment in my opinion. Thank you.

Pet Prestige has great products. Particularly, the tweed cave beds. They absolutely have the best customer service. It is personal and not a chatbot. I want to particularly call out Nathan as being super helpful.

I ordered the Gorpet Outdoor Sleeper for my mum's rescue greyhound, Dandy. Nathan confirmed my order with a kind email which had a personal touch. The bed was despatched and delivered promptly and my mum described the bed as thick, bouncy and durable. Dandy is delighted!

Purchased the luxury cave bed. Communication from company was good athough tracking the delivery was a problem, however bed arrived within 3 days. The bed is excellent quality, bigger than expected but just right for my boxer staffie cross. She loves it. Would definatly recommend this item.

The bed took exactly a week to arrive and communication was poor. The contact phone number on the website doesn’t work. However, we are very pleased with the bed and our dog seems to love it.

Easy to order. Arrived in a few days. Well packed. Quality XL Fleece jacket for my dog. Would definitely use this company again.

Made to order , very good quality material , easy to attach hood, prompt delivery and packaged very well . Very pleased with the bed , Bert went in it straight away and enjoys sleeping in it , just wish id ordered slightly larger size , apart from that very happy with purchase ..Thankyou .

I recently purchased the luxury deluxe cocoon cave bed for my dog, it was his birthday present. The bed arrived around a week before the birthday which was great, however, on unpacking on the day there was no instructions of how to put the bed together. Inside was this large piece of felt, a bendy rod and the curtains. I didn’t pay near £200 for a bed ‘I’ would have to put together!!! As someone who suffers from a Mental Health condition I struggled terribly with trying to put it together and this impacted on my anxiety. In the end I gave up and first rang the moblie number on their website which was switched off or not available, can’t remember which but needless to say it didn’t connect and no facility to leave a message. I then completed the online form stating I was struggling to put the bed together due to my MH and could they send me instructions? That was on 15th Oct and to date I have heard nothing back. In the end I struggled through but the felt piece does not sit flush with the hood part of the cave bed and there are kinks in it where it folds due to excessive material. Whilst the bed is lovely the whole structure isn’t. The curtains keep sliding off as my dog gets in and out of his bed as they are not fixed or zipped to the main structure. The hood keeps collapsing because it’s not sturdy enough, it’s basically a piece of felt shoved in an empty space acting as a hood. Honestly I wish I’d not bought the bed and I wish I’d not bought it from this company, given the cost of it. It’s a useless bed for £194.97 and their aftercare is even worse! If you have MH or if you may need aftercare help then please go elsewhere for your dog bed because they have no active phone number where you can contact them if there is a problem, they don’t respond when you fill their contact form and the bed isn’t fit for purpose!

Nice bed good quality.
Struggled badly with the felt insert , which seems way to big and even though i eventually managed to get it in , it doesn’t seem to sit right.
My dogs love it though so all 👍🏻
