I originally purchased one fountain…

I originally purchased one fountain that was faulty and did not work. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and sent a replacement immediately, which I appreciated. However, the second fountain that was sent also did not function.

Works well

This water fountain has been great for my cat. It looks nice, works well, and is much easier to keep clean than a regular bowl. Very happy with it.

The fountain is a perfect choice for my…

The fountain is a perfect choice for my cats. I like the setup in how the water is cycled so it won’t get stagnated.

My cats use it but one is gradually getting use to its presence on my bathroom sink’s countertop.

I hope to get the filter promotion as we will need it later.

I appreciate the promotion offer and look forward to getting information on securing more in the future.

Great Customer Service

I had an issue with my pet fountain, but customer service was quick to respond and send a replacement. Very happy with the customer care I received!
