Absolutely love it! The framed picture arrived rather quickly. The image looks exactly like my girl and hangs in the hallway where she used to lay.

I have been awaiting communication for an order for a Birthday present , this company is asleep at the wheel! It
Does not communicate well and it has been “sent to the Printer for over a week”

I have 5 dogs and ordered prints for three of them so far. I am in the process of ordering prints for my other two dogs. The prints are so incredibly beautiful. I could not be happier.

Uploading my pictures was easy. Completing my order was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend!

I ordered one to different company and it was awful. I had to threw it away. I saw this company site and I ordered again not expecting much. Today we received the beautiful portrait and we love it.

Despite my initial apprehension, I must express my satisfaction with the photographs of my two Yorkies. The quality of the images surpassed my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Pupper Crust for their exceptional service.

I placed an order with Puppercrust in early March for a framed portrait and an unframed portrait. There were some complications with the order but in the end Puppercrust made everything right. I am beyond happy with the portraits I received!

Terrible customer service. No response to email inquiries. When they finally did respond it was too late to fix the problem (so they say). No phone number to be found anywhere and I think they like it that way. Lack of accountability.

I received the most wonderful drawing of my dog who recently passed. It is a top notch framed drawing of her and it gives me so much comfort and makes me smile again. I’m having all my animals done as it is so good. Fast delivery too

They use AI to generate a portrait of your dog and charge $35 for the print out. You could spend the same amount of money or less on websites like Etsy to support a real person and real effort. This is a scam that can and will trick older people.

If I could give it negative stars, I would! Unable to get ahold of anyone. Was emailed 9 days ago that my order was on the way. No tracking info, no response to any emails. Email address in my order confirmation was bogus. Scam? I think so.

Great quality small company toys and treats! I have always prioritized shopping small company toys and treats for my puppy and Pupper Crust definitely delivers! My dog spud has loved everything we’ve gotten through them. Highly recommend!

While we love the High quality treats, I was unimpressed that the treats could not be used with the toys sent.
Also the toys were small for my pup and she showed no interest in them. We'll be passing them on to a friend or rescue group unfortunately.

I like the items but was expecting a bit more for the price of almost $50. My items were just loose rolling around in the box and had no inside packaging or filler. I think their presentation would have greatly improved my experience and made it feel more luxurious. Also 2 out of 3 toys were the hard plastic treat dispensers. One is fine, but I do not need two. The other toy was pretty cute and the treats and peanut butter topping looked good so I am happy with those.

Zira absolutely loves his new toys and especially the pup peanut butter!! The ice cream shaped toy that we can put the peanut butter in has kept him occupied longer than any other toy like it! Honestly I think it's gonna replace kongs in our house! He loved everything we got but those are his favorites by far!
