I honestly cannot fault the service…
I honestly cannot fault the service with Sainsbury’s Pet Insurance. My dog was referred to a specialist for an operation and they dealt directly with the vet. The claim was pre-approved, so I didn’t have to pay a penny upfront and settlement to the vet was processed really quickly.
I would have been absolutely lost without Sainsbury’s, as it wasn’t a cheap operation. My girl was able to receive the very best care, and I can’t thank them enough!
You hear horror stories about pet insurance at times of need, but having pet insurance with Sainsbury’s took all the stress and worry of money away from me.
