Peter Lane & Partners Recensioni

We had been trying to sell our property for a year before we went to Peter Lane. We choose them since they had actually sold another property in the village. We found them very professional right from the frist phone call, through the first house visit and through to selling the house. They were very good with updates and always quick to respond to questions. They knew the local market very well, priced the house appropriately and this common sense, highly professional approach resulted in a sale in less than 8 weeks from first marketing. In the current economic climate, it was a pleasure to deal with a company like Peter Lane. We would recommned them to anyone lookling to sell a property.

The team at Peter Lane are very professional and extremely supportive. Cath kept in touch with us throughout the negotiation and buying process guiding us through each step of the way.

I dealt with Gavin and the team at St Neots office during first 4 months of 2023 to purchase a property in nearby Cambridgeshire village. As purchaser the service was entirely satisfactory and was a pleasure dealing with the team. I have no problem recommending Peter Lane & Partners for this lovely location where I am living....

As a small developer I engaged Peter Lane to sell a 3 unit development site near Huntingdon. Super happy they did a fabulous job and handled all 3 sales very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin, Tracy and Laura who were all extremely dedicated and diligent, supported by the rest of the team.

Throughout the whole buying process Peter Lane were excellent. Tracey and Anne Marie in particular were so helpful and took away a lot of the stress and helped me maintain my sanity, their communications were brilliant and they always kept us updated.

Good service provided at all times, always in contact regards to the sale or non sale,

Peter Lane and Partners kept us updated regularly during our recent move which made it stress free and they were quick to reply to any questions we had. The staff who accompanied us during our viewings were polite and knowledgeable and the property we ended up buying was on a recommendation from one of the staff in an area we hadn't considered before.

Really friendly and professional estate agents. Would recommend.

A great service from beginning to end. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. As I was having issues with my purchase property I was worried about my sale falling through due to the long delays, however the team at Peter Lane were always very reassuring and made the whole process as stress free as possible. A special thank you to both Matt Ashman and Tracy Sullivan for all their hard work in getting my sale through in what at times was a difficult process due to certain people of another local estate agent who were involved in the chain putting unnecessary pressure on to complete.

Very happy with Gavin and the team at Peter Lane & Partners , St Neots branch . They handled our late father’s property sale, from probate valuation through to completion . We found them very efficient and friendly also had a very professional approach.
We would highly recommended them .

Very satisfied with how Peter Lane & Partners handled my late mothers property sale, from probate valuation through to completion of the sale. Always acted in the interests of the vendor with an efficient and friendly approach. Highly recommended.

From day one when we went into the office to register, the help from Cath Hoof has been excellent, the time spent finding us the right house has been a pleasure.
The whole team have helped throughout our journey.

Was great and fantastic throughout the whole process. Matt Especially couldn’t do enough for me will definitely be using them in the future

Very efficient and good at keeping in touch with information. Easy to contact professional and friendly service.

Peter Lane staff did a great job selling our house especially as the first sale fell through. Staff are very helpful

Peter Lane found us the perfect property, dealt efficiently with our enquiries and were both friendly and professional in all aspects. We would definitely recommend the whole Kimbolton team

Estate agents often have a bad reputation but our purchase through Peter Lane (in particular the wonderful Cath) could not have gone much smoother.
After missing out on one property (we snoozed and lost!), Cath had an idea of exactly what we were looking for and found it soon after for us, and in fact it worked out for the best as the new house is in the most perfect location. She kept in regular contact throughout the whole purchase so we were fully informed at all times. Thanks Cath!

We would thoroughly recommend Peter Lane & Partners. Laura Murphy was professional, communicative and active throughout the process, but also managed to be empathetic and maintain a sense of humour. Buying and selling can be stressful. Laura was a fantastic person to have by your side, holding your hand throughout.

Peter Lane in Huntingdon were very helpful through the whole process and very good at keeping us informed.

Staff were very helpful and always cheerful and polite to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
