Pav who was the day to day contact provided me regular updates and managed the viewings and providing feedback promptly, They quickly worked through the chain to unblock any issues. They also partner with Davidson Law in Leamington Spa. I have say Aymer the Solicitor was very responsive and kept me abreast of the status and also chased down through the chain with regards to the other parties solicitors who can be challenging, ref speed to act.

We started the process of selling a house in Warwick about a year ago with Peter Clarke and found the whole process very rewarding. We found all the staff extremely friendly and very professional. The method and system used by Matthew and his team to set a sale value, establish a timeline for launch of the property onto the market and managing all interested applications was excellent. A key aspect of superior levels of marketing was not only the excellent photos but the additional walk thru property video. This generated a number of very keen buyers and established a series of very appropriate offers. Matthew was a very helpful advisor in a very collaborative manner and steered us through to a very pleasing sale of the property in a surprisingly short period of time. Bias selection process not sure if the landlords are aware as potentially losing out of prospective tenants. There is an application process before any checks. Once your application is successful then they carry out checks. It's been a complete waste of time travelling all the way for 4 hours to view their properties. The first property apparently been let and offered to view another one which had a lot of applications then was shown another one that had not yet been listed and was told by Monika I was 1st on the list of applications for that particular property - This is where Peter Clarke does it's bias selection - Was told my application did not get selected. Avoid if you don't want your time wasted.

Thursday 10.00 very positive Property appraisal by Sally who showed local knowledge and enthusiasm for the property So we Instructed Sally at 13.30 that afternoon.
Photography completed 16.00 the same afternoon, draft brochure approved 13.00 on the following day and property on the Web by 16.00 that afternoon with viewings booked for the Saturday morning. Less than a day to get the property marketed and viewings booked!!!
Offer accepted within two weeks and completed within Six weeks from going live.
What you get is a well organised proactive team, who keep you informed and help to make the process as smooth as possible often going above and beyond the service expected even offering to visit weekly as the property was empty and helping with a couple of requirements from our insurance company.
