Absolutely useless pest control service. Paid for cockroach treatment and the very next day cockroaches were still roaming around as if nothing was done. The technicians rushed the job, barely sprayed, skipped critical areas, and clearly had no idea what they were doing.
Zero results, zero professionalism, and zero accountability. Took the money and disappeared. Total waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs
Terrible service, and even the first time when we used the service, it also did not kill the cockroach at all. When do the complaints then have to wait after 7 to 10 days and then only again for the follow-up but still charge us the admission fee even though we have requested a waive. Furthermore, when I called the hotline, they even cut and ended my call without proper explanation.

The wors experience I had useless customer service they share with you quoting after that the techniciens will came and make the price 3 times higher ...they said warranty for one and a nd a second pest control free but they ignore all my messages...
