Our last order was prefect item may have been cheaper on another site but I feel I made the right choice using pestfix. The only reason I having down graded is the site kept crashing so I was unable to get everything I needed.
But I will differently use them again.

I placed my order having been reassured that living in Dublin would not be a problem. It turned out that there was a problem, not of Pestfix's making and my order was returned to Pestfix. I spoke to Robert, the operations manager who very quickly came up with a solution. This required thinking outside the box to ensure I was able to receive the order and my customer was not inconvenienced in any way. 3 days later my delivery arrived. This could have been very damaging to my business but to be fair to Robert and Pestfix understanding the situation I was in, they went above and beyond and made sure everything worked out. I really appreciate what they did and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their staff. What I received was excellent custormer service and in todays culture that is very rare. It was very easy to order and it arrived very quickly. But what makes the 5 stars is the after sales service. I emailed Pestfix with a query and within less than 10 minutes I received a call with exactly the information I needed! I have never had such quick and thoroughly helpful service before! Brilliant!!

The service from PestFix was unbeatable. My order was dispatched within a couple of hours of it's being placed. Unfortunately the courier - DPD - didn't seem to understand what our postbox was for - despite their text message stating that I didn't need to be in to have the order delivered. As it happens we WERE in, but the delivery driver took it back to the depot. I had to go to the post office - twice - before I could collect it. PestFix offered to refund the money I'd paid for next day delivery.

Excellent to deal with. Placed my order then I received a call from them asking how they can help with our pest problem. We now have an account so have access to discounts and training

Great service and product

Recently placed an order with Pestfix and the service was top notch sorted it all out very quickly and was available to collect the next day. I dealt with Julie and she was very helpful in suggesting some training courses my team could go on she even managed to arrange a course earlier than advertised which I thought was fantastic service. Would highly recommend both Julie and Postfix we will be sure to use them in the future

I had a slight problem with my order, rang and spoke to Gemma. Missing parts arrived Next Morning.
