Jordan was punctual and very friendly
Jordan was punctual and very friendly. He was quick and wore protective foot and hand wear to keep the carpets clean. At the end of his inspection he gave me a full verbal report and advised that I will recieve a written report of the same.
I fully recommend him.

Jordan let us know when he was coming and came on time. He explained exactly how they would treat the wasp nest and what to expect and how to stay safe. He offered to return for further treatment if the activity in the nest continued. He answered our queries and was professional and approachable.

Very quick and efficient service
As a remote landlord, I was concerned when my tenant called on a Saturday evening to say there was evidence of rats in the house. I contacted JG on a Sunday morning and they had someone out that afternoon. I was very impressed. My tenant reported back to me that she too had been impressed.
Hopefully this visit will be all we need, but I feel reassured that there are two further follow up visits if needed.
