Had a good experience, clear and friendly advice, took notice of the need for Pet Friendly Pest Control products and was very quick in assessing the situation and providing options for tackling the issue

Artur is an absolute sweetheart! Cheerful, hardworking & very thorough!
He came over today to set traps to catch rats buried in our garden & he couldn’t have been more diligent & thorough. He took the time to explain & show what he was doing despite it being in 33 degree heat! Please give him a Christmas Bonus!

Arrived ahead of schedule, assessed the issue and advised it wasn't Wasps but Honey bee's.
Very knowledgeable, friendly professional and checked around site to ensure it was all ok before leaving.

The company responded very speedily, despite it being a Bank Holiday weekend. The technician arrived on time and was both efficient and helpful. Treatment was carried out following a confirmatory call to the office. Pricing and terms and conditions were made clear throughout. Too early to say if the problem has been solved, but we are hopeful.

Great company, kept me informed of what time they would attend the property. Came out on a bank holiday and the man who turned up was lovely, he explained everything that he was going to do and answered everything I wanted to know. Hopefully the rest of the honey bees will disperse, if not he said to contact them and they will return and deal with them at no further charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mr. Aszukiewicz was polite and photographed many aspects of the garden where there were burrows and markings by the rabbits.He visited with myself to an immediate neighbour to explain that rabbits in my garden were affecting them and that dealing with my rabbits would help them.He then returned to my garden to continue photographing. I presumed that he had no questions for me as he left as soon as he had finished.

He was good and knowledgeable about the problem and dealt differently with the problem although I still can hear the noise from the ceiling but it is much less than before.

Adam attended today, excellent service, lots of advice and certainly no hard sales for any unnecessary works. Highly recommended.
