Had a big infestation of mice in my kitchen which I asked my landlord to deal with which he turned round and said it’s down to me rang pest protect there manager Dan came out very friendly and bubbly said no worries dealt with straight away put down sticky pads and said I’ll be back next couple of days and true to his word he came back when he said he would I highly recommend anyone who has problems with infestation contact pest protect

Great service
Great service! Came out within 3 hrs to sort my mouse problem. Laid baits, returned 2 weeks later to check and block holes. Haven’t seen a mouse since. I’d recommend them and would use again.

Scam/theft
We've had the same experience as other reviewers: no second visit (necessary to complete bedbug treatment); and no longer answering the phone to the number we booked from. Any positive reviews must have been paid-for, or possibly from customers with simpler, one-visit, problems.

WHAT A SCAM!!!
WHAT A SCAM!!!! They actually don't even deserve one star. Paid £229 plus VAT for one visit (a few sticky pads laid down) only to be over-run by rats within a couple weeks. Tried to call for the 'free follow up appointment' and NO ANSWER. Called the office number, mobile etc at least 30 times over the past two weeks- nothing. SCAMMERS for sure. Disturbingly deceptive too, with a full website, reviews etc. Don't be fooled- will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

Fraudulent company. Will accept booking, not show up, be unreachable. Have read elsewhere of a customer being charged but no service done.
