This company is FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM...DO NOT ORDER. ESPECIALLY THROUGH APP MANDMDIRECT. Fake websites, no contact details. Do not order. Complete waste of money.
AVOID!! Perry Streetwear
AVOID!!! Received laughable tan flat knee high boots that bore NO RESEMBLANCE to their website image. Took weeks to come & when they were delivered wish they hadn’t bothered. Immediately emailed with photos of faults & differences to be offered 5%to keep, I stated were not wearable with gaps between soles & heels then offered 10% then 20% ! Refused saying wanted full refund price to be given a Chinese address & to return tracked to them. Not London based as stated on web so fortune to post back. Didn’t bother. Like everyone else I wish I had checked but loved the boots shown.
Criminals at work …
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this scam company I’ve heard nothing from them today I have checked on the internet and every entry for them says web page not available. They appear to have disappeared leaving me with no jeans and no way of getting my money back. Please do not use them they are criminals
Shocking
Shocking, would not recommend
Item was wrong colour, asked to return for a full refund. The process was arduous, sending photos, kept offering me 10% of item price not to return it?? It was shocking quality and didnt even fit! I asked to return it to the office in Dover, no response, then told to send it tracked delivery to China which was more than half the £40 purchase price. Have been totally ripped off and would never recommend them to anyone as the item was appalling quality i have not even donated it to charity. Straight in the bin and lost £40. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE they have no interest in refunding money for appalling items. Read all the other reviews elsewhere i wish i had!!!!
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I wish I had read the reviews. Don’t buy from them. It took 17 days to be delivered the wrong size item.
A refund is then offered of 10% unless you send the item to China
Maybe they are just data mining?
Scam but claimed money back via credit card
Same experience as other reviewers. The two shirts that I ordered were actually ok, but too big. Wanted to return them, offered 10% and then 20% to keep them, then found out had to return them to China at a cost of over £20.
Website looks UK based with address and phone number but number unobtainable.
I went back to my credit card company and they were excellent (M&S Credit card) and said I could claim all of the cash back via their 'chargeback claim' process.
Substandard and over priced tat
Lovely photos of item which does not resemble the item of clothing. Impossible to return item as they just keep sending the same email. Send photos, why do you want to return item, send photos, why do you want to return item. I feel that I have been scammed. Will not buy anything from this company again and would advise anyone else to avoid them.
You've lost your money? Contact Trading Standards and Use 'Chargeback'
I'm afraid the rather dishonest Mr Akif has got your money and the best you can hope to get back is 20% of what you paid. He'll try 10% first but hold out for 20. Of course, requiring you to return your goods to China doesn't tie in with UK trading law but he will claim it does because it's in the T&C's - it's not. A scam like that needs to be obvious at the time of purchase and it certainly isn't. Your best bet is to contact Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline on 0808 223 1133. The company that Akif has registered at Companies House is BM Ecom Ltd.
UPDATE! You can probably get your money back using 'Chargeback' (I've done this) which is a card purchase protection scheme operated by Visa (and other cards) which can be accessed through your bank. The money will be returned from Mr Akif's bank which might be comforting to you but probably not Mr Atif :-)
Complete rubbish - AVOID
Ordered a jacket for £100. It took a month to arrive and when it did it was a terribly cheap and crumpled piece of rubbish!
Looking at other reviews, I won’t bother trying to get a refund but hope my review helps others avoid buying from this company.
It’s already in the rubbish bin!
They are a fraudulent company
They are a fraudulent company. Appalling quality and won't refund....don't respond to emails.
SCAM=AVOID!!
Scam, avoid. Ordered what looked like modern, on trend combat trousers, what came were a joke, not fit for a kids dressing up box. It would have been better just scamming me, rather than sending this utter garbage across the globe. Should have checked here first. Lesson learned. Awful, awful product. Let’s hope karma exists for people who operate this way.
Do not go near these people they are not in UK
the company sold to me under the pretense that is was a UK business
very poor quality product arrived will only refund if i send back to China, the postage cost is more than the cost of the product
Their UK phone number is fake
Rubbish service
Rubbish service, rubbish items and you might as well throw your money in the bin. It's unlike me to not check reviews beforehand, but I didn't. Kicking myself now!
Awful company
Awful company.
Essentially a scam operation. Poor quality clothes, misrepresented by the website.
Same comments as everyone else regarding refund.
I was asked to be ‘behave myself’ in my very explicit correspondence as I was apparently speaking to a person. My view is that Benan Yuksel AKIF, the director of BM ECOM LTD Company number 14057902 is deliberately scamming people and doesn’t deserve to be spoken to in a kind manner what so ever.
A complaint will be lodged with Companies House and Trading Standards.
I ordered 2 denim JACKETS from the…
I ordered 2 denim JACKETS from the website, with their contact address as Kent with a UK phone number. A few weeks later I receive 2 cheap denim SHIRTS from China. Their phone number doesn’t work and their communication was very bad. I ultimately send the shirts back to their address in Kent and then they tell I should have returned them to China, that I breached their returns policy and I’m not eligible for a refund. So review for yourselves if you should order from them…
Further update on Perry Streetwear
So as an update I’ve contacted this company for a refund and the bot has come back to offer me a 10% refund and I keep the clothes.
Well, they’re so absolutely rubbish and un-sellable it’s not worth it.
It then offered 20%…still not worth it.
I suggested 80% but it didn’t respond to that.
Now to return it I need to send to China at a cost of £33, which I’d be willing to do to call their bluff and have more ammo for trading standards.
But I need a returns form and there isn’t one.
The bot doesn’t send one out and there isn’t one on the website.
I’ve emailed for one but time is running out on being able to return this crap. The website says they must be there within 30 days of receipt. The email says they must be sent within 30 days of receipt. 🤷🏻♂️
Overall message is the same…DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEM TELL TRADING STANDARDS WHO PRESUMABLY MUST ACT IF THEY HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE.
Again, just to note that on here it is not possible to give zero stars so it looks like I’m giving them some credit.
I am not!
Horrendous low quality product
Men’s Casual Henley Shirt | Long Sleeve
Dire company – do not order
Dire company. Don't go near them. Wish we'd checked before ordering.
Daughter chose brown knee-high boots. Took AGES to arrive, despite constant chasing and generic email replies. If only I'd known it was coming from China it would have made sense, but equally I'd never have bought. The company website says the main office is registered in Kent (it's obviously not).
The boots were folded in the package, quite literally like cardboard, and the soles look as if they've been stuck on with Pritt in a Year 6 DT project.
Phone number naturally doesn't go through to anyone and rings off. When I asked for a refund by email, they responded that I could keep the boots for a 20% reduction of the price. I've politely declined and said I want the refund and to send me through details of how to go about this. During the no-show of the boots, I had meanwhile reported to AMEX who reimbursed me, but not sure what happens now since the boots did arrive in the end.
Am waiting for them to get back to me about refund/returns, since this is not an automated online process.
Such a waste of my time and money.
...............................................
Edited to add: Just received their email now about returns – no surprise now that they want me to return to China.... Verbatim from their email:

I now need to work out if the hassle and cost of returning to China is less or more than the cost of the boots + the 20% discount they've offered me.
Anyone know how we can legally nail these guys from in the UK? Is there ever any comeback?
Avoid purchasing from this company.
The jacket which I purchased was very poor quality, it was described as having insulation, this was a plastic lining. There were no labels sewn into the jacket. I tried to return the item, emails which I sent were ignored. They eventually gave me the return address which was in China and not the online address in London. They offered me a 20% partial refund and to keep the jacket and then ignored my emails again. I paid by Pay Pal and so they helped me to get the partial refund which they had offered. The cost to return the jacket by tracked mail which they requested would have cost almost as much as the purchase. I lost £80.00 and still have the jacket which I wouldn't even donate to the charity shop. This took 1 month just to get a 20% refund.
If they thought the jacket was worth the cost, why would they give the option of a 20% refund plus the jacket?
