Order shoes on the 4/11/2025 just arrived after so many emails to this shit company nothing like the disciption supposed to be leather All they are is cheap plastic what a scam i would like people to never every order from this shit company what a load of crap

Do not use this company. Website looks convincing but none of it is true. Lieing thieves.

This company sends stuff out from China - if they send you the wrong item or size they offer a 20pc discount and say you can keep the item. Or you have to send the item - tracked - back to China at your own cost for a full refund. The company communicates by bots.

Avoid at all costs. Perry Street Wear is a drop ship scam site, the products are terrible quality, the listings are intentionally misleading, the goods will arrive poorly package and they’ll be shipped from China. Worse still when you complain they won’t give you a refund unless you return the goods in perfect condition to this mysterious Chinese address. How can you return goods in perfect condition that arrive in a packaging that totally unfit for purpose which leads to them being creased nearly beyond recognition? That’s just the start of it , my 4 blazers where not only compressed in to tiny thin plastic bag about the size of small rugby ball creasing them terribly. Then on opening this bag I noticed none of the blazers matched in fabric or design or colour and the sizes were all different, most were huge and of really poor quality but were listed on the website as one product, available in multiple colours. One of the blazers even had the largest shoulders pads I’ve ever seen, like from
an 1980s tv drama. On the returns page on their website the only address details are for a company based in Dover, there no information showing the return address is in China, but they try to force you to return the goods there which is a breach of Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, it’s all part of the scam. When you receive goods not as described or faulty / damaged they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within a set period. This company is so fraudulent, they even tried to quote a Portuguese decree as legal precedent which has absolutely no relevance to UK distance selling laws. They have been reported to HMRC, trading standards and legal action is pending. My advice, shop anywhere else but with Perry Streetwear. I only wish I’d checked the other reviews first!

Bought a jacket from them. Arrived in 2 weeks did not look like the item on the website. Terrible material not worth anywhere near the value paid. Request a returns policy for refund. Informed me to supply photos of the item and package. Told me to return for full refund. I refused they offered me 10, then 20, finally 30% refund.
Informed my credit card of the situation . This seems to be a very popular situation.
Yes agree with everyone total Chinese scam. Do not buy anything rubbish from these scammers.

This company was called DOREVELLE Before and it was closed down because it was reported scam . Now they have rename this company as Perrystreetwear.com and they are selling the same stuff 3 times more expensive than the previous one lol

I have only given 1 star so I would be allowed to write a review. I ordered a jacket and apart from it taking 2 weeks to arrive when it did come a supposed men’s medium wouldn’t have fit an Extra small. I have contacted them via email and they have tried to give me a partial refund but keep the garment. I refused so they have given me the returns address which without even checking will cost me more than the garment itself to return to wherever in the world it is. I believe this is a scam company. A google search does say it has a UK based office but I believe that to be a scam also.

Informed them of no delivery
They sent me an obviously scam certificate of delivery part English, part Chinese
Have reported them to online fraud office & my bank. How are these people allowed to operate?

Ordered trainers which arrived over 2 weeks later. Quality is shocking, ordered size 6, morelike a size 4. Website gives uk address but they are based in China. To return they offered me 10 then 20% refund instead. For full refund, return is at your own expense, probably more than the trainers cost. Please don't buy from this company, they are robbing dogs, ripping people off

What a waste of money received a winter coat today and put it straight into the dustbin that’s all it was fit for quality absolutely shocking £56 not worth 56p well and truly got fingers burnt. Never again!

I have already posted a review but this is an update. Note there is no option to give zero stars! I object to giving this shower one! Item was appalling- wanted to return but offered 10% refund then 20% and to keep item. Said I wasn’t interested so they want me to pay for tracked mail to return to China !!! I paid for an item using my Mastercard. Got in touch with my bank who said I had to email company saying the goods were available for collection by a courier at their expense. If no response get back in touch with my bank after 15 days. Did that and money was refunded by my bank who will now get back from Perry Streetwear. Suggest everyone does this!

Scam site. Registered as a UK company. The item (£50 jacket) came from China and was nothing like the photo and a completely different size. Steer clear of these scammers!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. There was a delay. Ordered on 5/9/25, received on 27/9/25. When I did receive them they were really cheap looking and didn’t fit. I opened a return with the company but they first offered me 10% off to keep them which I declined, then 20% off to keep them which I also declined. They then gave me a Chinese address to return them to at my expense. I queried this as there was no mention of sending them back to China when I ordered from their British website all through the selling process. They sent me back an email to refer me to certain legal clauses one of which was an out of date Portuguese Law. I started a claim with my credit card provider and have been successful but please don’t use this company. They are an outfit who purchase their poor quality goods from China and then won’t let you return them to their British address.

Wish I read the reviews before hand, now I’m out of pocket £55 please don’t order from Perry street wear

This doesn't even deserve half a star. I ordered a sandals for holiday on the 2nd October for £24.99 it arrived 23rd October with the wrong size, 2 sizes below my purchased size and even primarks quality would exceed it. I requested a refund, they stalled for days beating around the bush offering 10%,20% partial refund for something that was their error. The item is of no use to me and I still have not received a refund. I would stay far away from this store unless you have money to give away freely with nothing in return.

Unfortunately must give 1 star to start a review. Perry do not deserve any stars. Two ladies tops ordered size large - when finally received 1 would hardly fit a 5 year old, the other not much bigger. Offered 10% discount, then 20%. Both rejected and referred them to web site statement that incorrect good would be replaced or receive full refund. Told that items would need to be returned to Hong Kong. No mention on web site. Referred to EU law which is not applicable in UK. UK registered address at Companies House is just a front. If, after all the negative reviews you still fall for this con, advise trading standards and see if you can reclaim from your credit card company.

Like other reviews, the shoes I got from them were NOT size 11, actually size 10.5 and NOT wide fitting as ordered. It was 6 weeks before I got them. I wore them to London from 3pm until 1am but they gave me a blister on my heel. I asked the company for the correct shoes but all they have offered is a 30% discount on the shoes I have. Would I want to keep them when they don't fit. After this experience I wouldn't touch the firm with a bargepole and would urge others to use a more reliable firm such as Sketchers or Doc Martin! I am not impressed at their total lack of customer service

Absolute scam, wore the boots 3 times before they fell apart and they looked nothing like the photos.
