Perpay is a good App

Perpay is a good App. In the end you pay more than retail but you won’t know the money is being withdrawn from your account.

Ordering itself was fine. Shipping was awful.

Ordering itself was fine. But when it came to delivery, I was told by FedEx that I have to be the one to sign for it. I work full-time. I’ve been working overtime. I can’t just not go to work to wait all day for a package. I have to miss out on all of my medical appointments on Tuesday because I have to wait for my laptop. PerPay had no idea who shipped it, who to contact, and how to get these delivery requirements lifted so somebody else could sign for it. I’m not saying don’t use them because the idea of it is great, but if you are busy, you may be screwed.

Perpay has made it easy for me to have some of the things I couldn’t buy any other way.
Although you end up paying a lil more for me it’s worth it . It comes out directly out of my pay and I don’t even have to worry about having to make a payment

This outfit is a joke and a rip off

This outfit is a joke and a rip off. I ordered a laptop—largely because I needed it right away. A package arrived but it was EarPods. So try to return and get it right???? If you don’t have a credit card with them there is no customer service. (I just applied and was given the so called marketplace what is this about a credit am card. ?) Anyhow he AI bot can only create an order and the AI emails customer service department who will respond by EMAIL in 24 to 48 hours. Maybe but I am sending these back and closing this account and broadcasting to our entire company about the rip off— we are happy with Paychex but this is nonsense. I cannot imagine that Paychex was aware of this third rate service. They will know tomorrow.
