I ordered a lens 17 days ago and it has not arrived. Tracking shows it got within 20 miles, then got sent to a series of mysterious "next destinations" for the last two weeks. After 8 days and two emails, they finally responded and claimed it was held up in customs. Tracking shows shipment from US location to another US location, so what customs?

I answered the mail quickly and received the product well. Lemoine's response was good and I'm satisfied with the quality of the product. If I have a chance in the future, I'm willing to buy it again.

I bought the 6.5mm F/2 AstrHori lens, and it was great. I had a doubt about the lens and they were really kind and friendly, so really happy with the service!

Ordered 2 512GB CFexpress 4.0 Type A master cards which arrived within a week to the UK. The price was excellent for the 2 pack. These cards are for my Sony A1 II cameras and they work great. Highly recommended

Do not purchase directly from their online store. I tried to cancel immediately, but it was ignored. I then received empty boxes, showing a suspicious cut in the envelope where the items were either removed and inspected, or something else had happened. I fear they were upset with my e-mails saying I wished to cancel the order (only because there was a mistake and I wished to change it), and so either shipped empty boxes, or something else had happened - however, the terrible lack of support in trying to get to the bottom of this, with me eventually being ghosted - i.e. no replies to emails. In the end, I have gone to my bank to help out as part of the consumer protection we get in the UK. Avoid buying directly from the seller.

Product is great, and very upto the mark. Quality is very good in this price 👌. Compare with other companies, they charge a lot for the same quality. I am using the cards from this company for the past 2+ years almost with no issues, no data corruption or other connectivity or transfer lags...
The biggest challenge for this company is on the front of delivery. They have yet to get a better delivery mechanism. My delivery was delayed and put me under stress, that the reason I gave it 4 stars else product is worthy of 5 stars rating. FYI, I am using generation 4 card now and data transfer rate is even better.

Took 3 weeks to arrive rather than the claimed 4-6 days. But, for the money the Master CF Express A cards have been great. I'll look to order some more soon.

No communication from company about lead times - so 1 star off

I’ve placed an order with this company and never received my package and they not responding to my emails and I can’t get hold of anyone. Refund my money. You’re scammers. Don’t use this company. Otherwise you’ll lose your money

So basically this company acts illegally and steals money from its customers, there is no refund given if you ask.

I wrote them about a CF-Express Type A card that went bad on me. I explained to them that I lkost an entire day's worth of footage, and they kindly and without hesitation sent me a brand new card free of charge. Excellent customer service!!!

The first lens is received did not work (AF defect).
pergear supported well by delivering tipps and firmware updates.
The communication was a bit slow at times, but finally the lens was replaced with a new one and this is working as expected.

I was purchasing the Trisio Lite 2 and I asked the support by e-mail what the difference was between the standard and the more expensive "rotating adapter" version available to buy. They specifically told me that the rotating adapter is not included in the box and I have to buy the more expensive version to have it. It turns out the adapter IS INCLUDED in the standard set and I ended up with two of them for no reason. When I tried to return it they were slow to reply and demanded me to pay for shipping. When I refused to pay and asked the support for a shipping label, as they were the ones that misled me into buying something I did not need they completely ignored me and stopped replying to my e-mails.

My order, PG14859, was not delivered by the shipping company they used, Wanbexpress. The message I received from them stated, “Package failed to be delivered. Customer is not reachable.” I have contacted them multiple times, but they have shown no interest in resolving the issue and have not responded to any of my support requests. Notably, the shipping company Wanbexpress lacks any contact information.

I ordered a lens and saw online that shipping was delayed, even though the shipping address was correct. I reached out to Pergear with my concerns and they followed up the following business day and answered my questions. Luckily, I did receive the lens I ordered the day after I send the e-mail. The lens was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. This is the second lens I ordered from them and would definitely do so again.

When you buy a Leica camera, you should think that taking pictures with a Leica is more about a philosophy of life and style. You should not forget that if you have a monkey, you must also have a banana. In the case of original Leica lenses, it is a really expensive banana. We bought one original Leica 50mm. For the second one, I wanted to go the way of an older second-hand Leica 35mm lens. While looking for a second-hand Leica lens, I found reviews and discussions on the Internet about the 7Artisans WEN 35mm F2.0 Leica M Mark II. I bought it from Pergear and I am fully satisfied. The 7Artisans WEN 35mm F2.0 Leica M Mark II is a magic alternative 35mm lens. The lens is sharp, has beautiful bokeh even at 35mm. Vignetting disappears completely from F2.8 and sharpness is added even in the corners. I also appreciate the personal approach and communication of Pergear support. Thank you Lemoine.

I am an affiliate marketer. They scammed me out of $1.2k. I tried to comment on their posts on social media and they deleted them all. This is a scam! I sent them hundreds of messages demanding money but didn't get any response. But when I pretended to ask for an order, they replied almost immediately. Boycott this scam brand!

Excellent T2 Pro camera. I use this in the field for hunting with my Goshawk. I'd be lost without it.

Their communication is horrible. They take 3 to 5 days to respond. I receive a lens with broken seals. It is taken for ever to return and they charge a 20% restocking fee.

I made two purchases so far (14 mk2 and 60mm macro mk2 Pergear lenses), 6 months apart. Both deliveries were quick, products as described. Support provided invoices. As far as online shopping experience goes - I have zero complaints. Products were at the best price available in the entire internet.
