I discovered Perfume Hut at the Manchester event and was blown away. The staff were super welcoming and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect scent. Every fragrance I tried was high quality and long-lasting, and you could tell a lot of care went into the blends. I ended up buying two bottles and have already had people ask what I’m wearing. Can’t wait to shop with them again. If you see them at an event, don’t walk past!
Ordered on June 4th. It was shipped out on the 9th. No tracking update since the 14th which in itself is excessively long. Contacted Perfume Hut who in fairness, initially logged my issue quickly and said they would contact the courier to find out, that was on the 18/06. After some time of waiting and leaving a review, they gave me a call to discuss the issue and how they were just waiting on the courier to arrive. They did offer me either a full refund or replacements. I took the offer of a replacement however, they said they could only offer their own brand at the time as they were out of stock of Jean Lowe Ombre Noir. Their own version of the scent is nice in fairness and the other item I purchased was great too. Overall, an experience I considered to be bad initially turned out to be a good one and the guy I spoke to, to be fair to him was spot on and rectified the issue quickly! Thank you
I ordered a bottle Jean Lowe Ombre Noir, opened the package to find an unbranded bottle of fragrance with a note stating that they were out of stock in the original packaging so have sent me the fragrance in one of their own bottles. Also the packaging was a disgrace and it's a miracle it arrived in one piece.
They claim it's the exact same fragrance I ordered just in one of their own bottles but I highly doubt it, as after testing there was very little scent after an hour of applying and that doesn't align with the reviews of the product I actually ordered. It's more than likely a bottle of the cheap dupes they sell.
A truly disgraceful company that you should avoid at all costs!

My Inspired by Baccarat 540 lasts through my entire workday and into evening. Most perfumes fade on me by lunch, but this one holds strong. Worth every penny for the staying power alone.
I ordered one of your products on the 19th of May but no delivery and no updates, I emailed on more than one occa
sion but got no response.
Update on my experience with this joke of a company, one I did not say I hadn't replied to an email you SAY you sent me in the timescale you claim, I said I didn't see a reply but as another reviewer said you were quick to contact me when I put my review on trust pilot which as I said to you was true at the time of writing, I did receive a refund after a few very unprofessional messages to and from in which you claimed it is general policy to keep customers money unless they formally request a refund 🤔 I thanked you for the refund but then was basically bullied by whattaspp, text and e.mail by you trying to get me to remove my review, then you come on here with half truths, steer clear folks.

Waste of space, don't bother as their customer service is non existent. I ordered a bottle of Jean Lowe Immortal in April this year, after about 10 days or so I got an email from Evri informing me that the package had been damaged in transit and would therefore not be delivered. They supplied me a certificate to that effect to pass on to Perfume Hut so that they could claim and send me a replacement. I sent this to them and heard nothing back, I then chased several more time before I got a very short and grumpy response that they were looking into it. I then continued to chase and got a copy and paste email that 'Evri will be in contact either by text or email in the next 3-5 days. If you do not respond to this text/email, we will consider the matter closed'. Guess what? No text or email came and I kept emailing Perfume Hut, absolute silence from their end and they have again not bothered to respond to my emails to try and find out what the next steps are. So I'm 30 quid out of pocket and they can't even have the basic courtesy of responding. The mind boggles because they have the certificate from Evri to proceed with the claim but just seems they can't be bothered to do anything on their end and are happy stiffing me as a customer. Seriously - avoid these idiots.

You did not respond to all my emails and it's funny how you only finally reached out after my review above was posted. As part of our communication, I offered to supply you with a copy of emails time/date stamped to prove the point about no/delayed responses but you declined but continued to not like my 'tone' when replying to your emails. I'm not sure what language you disliked as I have never used anything rude in any of my correspondence with you, I simply explained what my issue was.
As I pointed out to you, this wasn't about Evri and the package being damaged in transit, that I know wasn't your fault, the issue was poor customer service with a lack of response to emails which left me constantly chasing you for an update.

The worker was very polite and made some great recommendations. I got a perfume for my girlfriend and a cologne for myself.
Delivery was suppose to be a couple days. Did not arrive for a couple weeks. Only sent item after I escalated a case with PayPal. Asked for refund on shipping they did not reply. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered several perfumes. Took ages for them to arrive poorly packed and two of the perfumes were not what I ordered. Contacted seller, was not sympathetic at all. Told me to return them for a refund. What a waste of time! Why allow an order if the stock is not available and why send out the wrong item without any communication as a replacement. Very poor service.

Steer well clear of this establishment. I made an order and after a week was advised my order had been delayed by the courier, but heard nothing from Perfume Hut. I reached out to Perfume Hut and had no response. 2 weeks passed and still nothing. I raised a complaint to the supposed "Customer services" and had to follow up again before getting a very blunt one line response to say they would contact Evri and will update me then. More days passed and nothing from them. I made a formal complaint which was not acknowledged and made further chase ups to simply get very blunt one line responses to simply say they would give me an update when they have one. I have ended up contacting Evri direct who have been great and have made more progress in 3 days then Perfume Hut have in 3 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and still no concrete response from Perfume Hut or any help from them at all. Unfortunately I will be needing to escalate this to citizens advise and trading standards as I have no product, no refund and a general awful experience.

Good customer service, unfortunately Evri lost my parcel and they were very helpful quick and prompt in delivering a new perfume. Lovely long lasting perfume as well
BAD EXPERIENCE - unlawful practices
I ordered a perfume as a gift. It arrived (10 days later) in severely damaged packaging that was torn and broken. I could see that Perfume Hut had packed the perfume in a used box that had originally been used for one of their own deliveries.
Once opened, the packaging of the perfume itself was also severely damaged with dents and tears. As a result, I could not give it as a gift.
I immediately emailed Perfume Hut and described the condition of the packaging with accompanying photos.
I was told by Perfume Hut that I could return the perfume to them for a full refund but that I would have to pay the return postage. I responded, explaining that requiring me to pay return postage on a faulty item is unlawful (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and that they would need to pay this.
Perfume Hut insisted that I would have to pay as this is what their returns policy says. This is firstly incorrect as their policy applies to customers changing their mind, rather than with the goods are faulty. It also is irrelevant because even if the policy did say this, it is not binding as it is unlawful.
Despite my explaining the law to them, I was told that Perfume Hut had made its decision and I could either get a 50% refund or pay the return postage myself.
As a result, I am left with a perfume that is useless to me as it cannot be gifted and I have effectively been defrauded out of half of its cost.
I would not recommend ever shopping with Perfume Hut because of the unlawful practices they engage in. I have reported them to Trading Standards so hopefully an investigation with lead to other consumers being protected from them.

Perfume hut would not pay for the return postage, very poor service and untrustworthy company trying to offload there retuned stock, hoping you carnt be bothered to return.
Thankfully pay pal stepped up and paid for the return postage

Here is what I know for a fact. I ordered something that was on back order at a good price. I waited for the date, it was put back another week, then a few days, then it was dispatching and still took a week. Annoying but not the end of the world.
The parcel of 2 perfumes was just a mailing bag, zero protection, not even a jiffy bag.
I own about 50 or so Perfumes by this make, the celophane was thicker than usual and instead of the square bonding on the celophane, it was a round blob, probably like glue.
Inside both, the bottles stunk of perfume despite being new and sealed. Never had that with any other Lattafa brand scents.
The scent of the perfume is really mild. For both (different) perfumes.
The above are all facts. But then you put that all together and what do you have? My theory, the perfume has been opened, interfered with in some way and badly resealed. Obviously I don't know that for a fact, but I do know I have never received perfume like this before.
