I’ve been in a few times recently, and Claire kindly helped me pick some jewellery for my tragus, which I absolutely love. I also had my nose pierced, and the service was so welcoming. Claire is very chatty and makes you feel really comfortable. I went in for my 6-week check-up, and she also helped me pick a new piece of jewellery that’s a little more subtle, love it! Overall, such a lovely experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish . Treated my wee one like a person, gave her choice , asked her questions, chatted with her , explained to her the process and after care. Would highly recommend for anyone with children.

I am just out from my 2nd visit, The first for jewellery only and today for multiple piercings. I was so impressed on my first visit that I was back within a week. Was it the beautiful sparkly things in the cabinet? No, it was the lovely Claire, who again was so professional and is so very talented. She is also a truly, lovely person with whom I enjoy lovely chats.

Epic. Went in to change some jewellery on my flat piercing and as we were discussing jewellery options, Gregg noticed that another of my ear piercings had a small bump. He gave me advice on what to do, recommended jewellery and spent some time searching online for an example of what he meant so I could see it. He really took the time to help me out. It wasn’t what I went in for, but it was really great he noticed and took the time to help.

We then spent a while looking for my new jewellery, which took time as I can be quite indecisive! I took a seat while he autoclaved the jewellery and he made me feel really comfortable. He then changed some jewellery around and fitted the new stud. He also gave me some excellent advice about what kind of jewellery to avoid in the future, which was really helpful.

I’ll more than likely be back next week to get another piercing done.

We had a great experience here for ear-piercing. Gregg saw us initially, talking us through the process, pricing and jewellery options. We booked an appointment for the same day and Claire did the piercing. She was very professional yet relaxed, making it a smooth and easy process, with top-notch hygiene. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Actually had a great time with Gregg as he pierced my ears. Much has changed since my last piercings and Gregg was super professional throughout. Appreciate him taking his time to get the correct spot for my lovely new studs.

I booked a daith piercing. I was checked on arrival to make sure I had room for the piercing which was very reassuring. The process then went without a hitch. They were very meticulous in the process of sterilising and ensuring everything was clean. The choice of jewellery was fabulous and a wide range of priced pieces to choose from. The piercing has given me no problems in 2 weeks. Hopefully this helps with migraines but if not I have a very pretty piercing. The staff were really helpful, pleasant and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this business for any piercing.

Great experience for myself and my granddaughter. Relaxed, no rush and you can tell a real genuine interest in getting your piercing right. Lots of focus on flow up and after care.

I booked a multi piercing appointment on tuesday! i got there filled with nerves and i was greeted almost immediately by Gregg. He was lovely, filled with banter and knew how to distract me 😂 he didnt judge the coping methonds or the swearing that im sure he sees all the time🙈 all in all it cost me not much at all for what i got.. i got a helux piercing & both of my thirds on my lobes and all with basic jewlery it was only £100… it was very reasonably priced. Lovely wee place and lovely staff
