My first swing I bought 23 years ago. Still going strong. We have now purchased a 2 seater as well.
So well made easy to assemble. love these products.

You have asked me on a previous occasion and my answer is the same. Very poor delivery service with my husband having to take two days off work to receive a delivery that was promised on the first day then not arriving. Need to sort and your delivery company as we paid enough for this service.

Quality product and a good deal. We bought our first 2 seater swing from Pepe 20 years ago and it was only last summer that the frame broke (we've still got the seat converted to a bench in the veg garden). After a good look around we decided that there was nothing as comfortable or practical with it's side shelf for your well earned beer/wine at the end of a long days gardening, so we bought another one. Excellent product and a slight change of design to the metal brackets on the frame have made it stronger. Looking forward to another 20 years use.

I needed some replacement slats for some furniture we have had for years. They created a basket that could be emailed to me to process the order and the slats arrived quickly. They are pre-drilled so they can be fixed in a minute.

We had damaged some wooden components and required replacements.

The team at Pepe were amazing! Matched the timber and supplied in a super quick time.

We have bought garden furniture before and know it lasts (if looked after). We bought a swing seat, missing a roof. But very quickly sorted out and delivered within 48hrs.very lovely lady that I spoke too.

The stools were as described and solid. However I was surprised that some cut edges were splintered and similarity some of the drilled holes. I did comment about this but to date have received only an acknowledgment of my enquiry?

Very friendly and efficient customer service given by Joe and his colleague. The bench looks very sturdy and sits nicely in our village churchyard. A company I would recommend.

Our garden table cover is well made and seems robust. We will have a better idea of how well it has protected our Pepe table from all the rain and strong winds we get here, at the end of winter.
Delivery did take rather a long time but was probably worth the wait.

Delivery was on time and driver was very helpful.

Until a year ago I would have undoubtedly given a 5 star review. When we bought our table and 6 chairs about a dozen years ago everything about the products and the process was exemplary.
Unfortunately, one of the table top boards has succumbed to rot and so we contacted the company to request a replacement. Initially we were told that a replacement board would be ordered from where they are now manufactured but it would take a few months.
We dutifully waited and then contacted them again to be told that the additional board had not been delivered but that it would be looked into. After another wait we again contacted them to be told that they cannot supply a replacement board but that I could have a piece that I could cut and shape to fit.
It seems a shame that a company which once prided itself on the quality and standard of its products is now unable to even shape a plank of wood.

Pepe garden furniture is a very good product, we have had our table and chairs for nearly 20 years.

Superb all round. My swing seat is really well made and excellent quality. It is very comfortable and a great addition to my garden. My friend has had the same product for over 10 years and it still looks really good..
The customer service I received was exemplary. I had a change of mind on the colour of cushions I had chosen and the company were brilliant, exchanging the items immediately.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Joe has great customer service and made it very easy to order my Lilly 2 seat swing chair. It arrived as scheduled with the oil and fixtures. Plan to install to my pergola when the weather improves.
