Eric in Phoenix was very professional from the very moment I walked into the office. I am in Phoenix from Washington State on behalf of my employer, and Eric knew what I was in his office for, and promptly assisted me and I had no wait.
What I did have was a very friendly atmosphere, a courtesy charge on my cell phone, and a nice cold bottle of water; for it is very hot in Phoenix. I will definitely relay this to my employer so hopefully he would send me back to Penske again. Thank you

Greg at Penske is exceptional. He is not one of those “pushy” sales person. He allows you to make your own decision. He is always available and very professional.
