Very clear guidance about fees. We had to do a lot of digging to find the details that Greg required as this was a historical claim that we had detatched from many years ago, so we had no paperwork to work on. I was warned that the claim would take a while, and the timescale was lengthened by covid, but Greg regularly emailed me to keep me in the picture.
