I was reluctant to change providers as I worried it was going to be a hassle, but Matt made the process of switching our card machine over very easy. He is always on hand for any questions and the terminal seems simple to use.

I can't recommend Matt highly enough. He supplied our Teya card machines and made the whole process really easy from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions we had.
The machines are working brilliantly and we're really pleased with the service we received. It's great to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

Matt was looked after our card machines for 4 years now. He always makes sure we are on the best deal and is always on if if ever we need him. We would definitely recommend Matt and Pennine Payments
Matt was great to deal with. He was very helpful and had our card machines installed in super quick time. He set everything up for us on the day that they arrived. The card machines are really quick which is great when we have a busy event in. Payments go into the bank the next day. There are no hidden fees and the rates are low. We will definitely be working with Matt again in the future when it is time to upgrade card machines and tills
Pennine Payments recently visited us and helped us set up with a Teya card reader. We were looking for support in finding a better rate for our card payments, as well as a solution that would allow our customers to make payments via Apple Pay without significantly higher fees.
Pennine Payments supported us throughout the process, and we’re really pleased with the new service. We can now take card payments through our card reader or directly from our phones, track payments easily through the app, and monitor our business payments more effectively.

I have resisted card machines now for several years but also got increasingly tired of waiting for customers payments to arrive via BACS. I bumped into Matt by chance and became interested when he told me how little these things cist and how competitive the fees are si I signed up there and then. Having now used the machine for the past couple of weeks I would not be without it. I am also impressed with the level of support Matt has given me. I wholeheartedly recommend Matt and Pennine payments without hesitation
