AVOID. Booked transfer service and they didn’t show up. Should have learned my lesson at Bali when they didn’t show up. A back-up driver turned up 40 minutes later. This time at Chiagmai airport. Called their local office and they could hardly understand english. Pelago voucher has no Singapore contact no. Decided to take a lost and took taxi instead.
Unauthorised charging of credit card!
Wanted to book an airport transfer, but the description was misleading. When the transfer operator reached out to clarify, I replied the airport transfer description was inaccurate, and told them not to proceed with more than enough notice.
They said it was not their fault, and they said to contact Pelago. I proceeded with contacting Pelago, and told them I did not authorise them to proceed, but they went ahead to charge my card.
At no point was the booking confirmed but my card was charged despite multiple times telling Pelago that I did not authorise it.
AVOID Pelago which does not appear to take ownership of its misleading product description and value its customers.
Not trusted my tickets weren’t valid.
Bought tickets at night next morning not valid. They haven’t sorted it still pathetic don’t waste your money. Go direct so embarrassed hot bothered no tickets but proof of purchase horrid to deal with.

This crappy little company rates zero stars, but I had to give one to write this review. I wanted to book two tours to see the Whale Sharks in Cancun. They offered a 15% discount if I signed up with my email. Ok... hate getting more spam but wanted the discount. The "15%" discount for $350 usd turned out to be $11, due to some obscure rules they told me, after many back and forth emails over days, trying to do this booking. Turns out the meagre $11 off disappeared at checkout when i tried to book! What a shitshow, Pelago, by Singapore Airlines! I finally just booked elsewhere. As of this writing, I'm still waiting to hear back from the "team" on where my tiny discount wandered off to. My recommendation: You will do well to steer well clear of this dishonest company with misleading advertizing, and hostile, passive-aggressive staff!
Great experience saving on Dreamworld Gold Coast tickets
Purchased discounted Dreamworld on the Gold Coast tickets and for a family of 4 saved around $100. Pelago process was seamless and easy - vouchers/tickets arrived in my inbox and via Whatsapp within 5 minutes of ordering online. Printed the tickets (although could’ve used my phone) and presented them at the Dreamworld main gate for scanning and had no issues entering the park as normal. Great experience and great way to save quite a bit on exy tickets!

Purchased 4 tickets for Movie World Gold Coast at $88 each (normally $119) was worried I may have issues due to reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Tickets scanned from phone with no issues, would happy recommend anduse again.

Buggy platform, clueless CS, non-existent promo codes
Their own CS agent had NO CLUE what is going on with their own platform.
I wanted to use their promo code but there is no field to fill up promo codes on the checkout page at all. Checked with their CS, he said it's because my activity is part of the list of activities that are excluded from the deal.
Funny thing is their Whatsapp bot is reminding me to use the promo code to check out that same activity that the CS agent said is excluded from promo code eligible activity.
It's okay, changed a different activity to use the deal. My activity is not on the list of exclusion, but still the promo code field is NOT there at the checkout.
I asked the CS to check if his info is correct as i suspect there is some tech error because the field is completely not there at the checkout page. Usually if the code cannot be used, you can at least key it in the field and they'll tell you the code is invalid instead. But he insisted that there's no issue on their end and he's very sure with the info he provided.
What a joke. You'd think that since this is created by SIA, there should be a certain level of standard set.
If you didn't want us to purchase anything from you with a discount in the first place then don't market the promo code. Such an insincere platform.

I was charged for a zoo that has FREE ENTRY for children and then Pelago refused a refund! At the entry of the zoo I was advised my 4x kids do not need a ticket to enter as they ENTER FOR FREE! Horrendous service from Pelago

PELAGO don't provide refund
PELAGO took payment for a reservation they later cancelled, yet almost three months later, I still haven't received a refund. Instead of offering bank payment details for tracking, their customer service provided an unrecognized STAN number and a receipt. Unlike Klook, which promptly refunds cancellations, PELAGO has failed to provide either the reservation or the refund. Its association with Singapore Airlines does not reflect professionalism. It's advisable to use more reliable agencies like Klook for better service.
