We had an excellent service from the Pedder East Dulwich team who sold our house for us recently. Callum Melrose was our main contact and he helped us at every stage of the process, including when buyers pulled out and, especially, when we needed advice. He is very knowledgeable about the market and gave us a lot of support throughout the process. He is very personable and was very reassuring which helped us a great deal.

Many thanks to David, Callum and the rest of the team at Pedders for all their expertise local market knowledge and help in completing on the sale of our flat in East Dulwich. It was a long legally complex and at times difficult journey but we got there in the end and would thoroughly recommend Pedders to anyone thinking of selling their property in the East Dulwich area.

Having recently moved to Southeast London, l was looking for a two bedroom flat. I registered with several estate agents and l found Pedder the most helpful. I was especially grateful to Callum Melrose who almost always sent me information on the kind of property l was looking for thus not wasting time. In person he was always pleasant and punctual, never pushy. Although in the end l found a flat off market, l would go back to Callum in Pedder if l needed to sell or buy a property. Callum at Pedder has been the most incredible estate agent and helped us find our dream flat in East Dulwich that we completed on today! After a couple of viewings he quickly recognised exactly what we were after and got us an early viewing at this flat which was a perfect fit. We were recently searching for a rental around North Dulwich station and contacted all the local estate agents. Tahlia at Pedder was the only estate agent who took a real interest, she emailed us properties every week, regularly followed up and did her best to get us booked for early viewings and to get us settled - she was brilliant and we would thoroughly recommend working with Pedder!

This is all a bit strange to me as for a long time l thought the agent l was dealing with was working at Forest Hill branch where my keys were but l would have liked to have been informed But that said l agent l was dealing with Alp was fine had did a good job of getting the sale through despite a few hiccups l sure he had the upcoming birth of his baby to think about as well so all in all it was ok

I bought my flat from the previous iteration of Peddar in 1987. I moved in 2000 but kept the flat and rented it out with Peddar as managing agent.. It has been a seamless experience with a long term tenant and immediate responses to maintenance. The tenant is happy and so am I.
