We had an extremely disappointing experience with and I hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.

Our car got a flat tyre due to a nail in the tyre. We contacted the company for roadside assistance and were told the tyre could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. The technician who came out told us he would return within an hour with an all-season tyre, as we specifically requested a tyre matching the others already on the car.

Before leaving to collect the tyre, he requested an upfront payment of €600. We agreed because we trusted the service and needed to get back on the road. However, he only returned more than 2 hours later, and only after we contacted customer service to ask where he was.

Once the tyre was fitted, my husband was in a hurry and unfortunately did not immediately check the tyre. Later, we discovered that the tyre installed was NOT an all-season tyre as requested, but a regular tyre instead. In total, we were charged nearly €700 for a single standard tyre replacement.

This was not just expensive — it felt like taking advantage of vulnerable customers in a stressful situation. I understand emergency services cost money, but charging more for one tyre than what four brand-new tyres would normally cost is beyond unreasonable. A quick online search showed that a call-out fee plus tyre replacement should have been around €350, yet we were charged double that amount.

To make matters worse, we also requested an invoice, which we are still waiting to receive.

For many people, a car is their only means of getting to work and supporting their family. Taking such a large amount of money from customers during an emergency feels exploitative and deeply unethical.

I do not expect much to come from this review, but I sincerely hope it helps someone else think twice before using this company.

Ze maken misbruik van de noodsituatie. Ik had mijzelf buiten de auto gesloten. Aan de telefoon geven ze aan dat het 195,- kost excl. btw, waarvan 95 euro voorrij kosten die je direct moet betalen. Zodra ze bij de auto staan zit de 95 euro er ineens niet meer bij in. Ondertussen heb je al geld betaald en sta je daar met je gezin. Ik zou dit bedrijf nooit meer gebruiken en aan niemand aanraden.

Deze organisatie maakt misbruik van de situatie. Als je stil komt te staan langs de weg zeggen ze dat ze je voor 350 euro zullen slepen. Echter, achteraf blijkt dat het 350 ex. btw is en dat de voorrijkosten en de spanbanden service (wat dat ook mag zijn) niet bij de prijs inzit. Je bent dus minimaal 640,- euro verder. Het lijkt heel erg op andere malafide pechhulp waar ook veel over te vinden is op deze website. De bewoording aan de telefoon is zo dat je zelf snel verkeerde aannamen doet maar dat het starten van een rechtzaak lastig is.
