Poor block management company
Highly inadequate block management company. Claiming high service charges, yet they have failed to follow up on parking breaches, cleaning, clothes being hung outside, inconsistent gardening maintenance, did nothing to address the noisy parrots, filthy signage by canal area and what is concerning they have sent contradictory emails regarding concerns related to service charges. No clear transparent answers from this company.

Great first experience with Peal Property Partners. I needed a key made up urgently for the block where my flat is located. The team responded very quickly, started the process of getting the key cut and dispatched to me. They kept me informed throughout the process and the key arrived a few days later.
