Horrible company. It’s a sham. They said they delivered my order and I never received anything. They blamed the delivery service. This company show a U.S. address on their website, which is an apartment building in DE. The shipping is from another country. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ITS A SCAM

Unfortunately I ordered a pair of earrings they heavily advertised…silver hoops with a gold line in the middle. On sale $29.95 from $89 (If I recall correctly).
The ad said free shipping. 30 day guarantee…no questions asked.
Mine arrived damaged. Pattern was smushed.
I tried to email, etc with no response after a week, week and a half.
Finally an email came-apologies for being so late…texted back and forth.
I sent pics as asked. Clearly damaged. The person responding acknowledged the damage. Said she wanted to make it right…she would -as a courtesy- refund $9 and I could keep the junk…
I asked for a full refund and she said she would send new earrings.
It was going no where so I agreed. And what she sent was also damaged.
I reported it immediately.
She said she wanted to make it “right” and again offered $9.00, adding I could keep the damaged earrings!
She was always polite-closing her text/ emails with “warm regards”
What a racket!!!
I accepted the $9.
It was a losing battle and clearly I am the one that lost! Out $29.95 + taxes…
Two pairs of DAMAGED EARRINGS and only a $9 refund.
I can back up everything I am reporting-it’s all in writing-email and text!

This company is a total sham. Their marketing leads one to believe that they are a small family jeweler while in reality they are equivalent to S#ein, straight out of China. The quality is awful. The pieces look like toy jewelry. I messaged customer service to return the items I ordered right away. They refuse to accept a return and refuse to give my money back. BEWARE! There is no recourse with this Chinese company and you most likely will not receive what you think you ordered!

I ordered four pairs of earrings. They are very, very cheaply made. I inquired about returning all four pairs - the gold leaf on one pair was already worn through, the clasps on two pairs would not open, and the fourth pair was not what I ordered. Customer service responded promptly and offered to send a replacement for the first pair (with the worn off gold leaf), which I accepted. There was no mention of the other three pairs, two of which are defective. I've sent three emails asking about returning the three pairs I still have. I'm still waiting for a response. Do not buy from this company - not worth the cost in time and money, even at 80% off; the return policy is a joke; customer service is non-existent.

Absolutely terrible experience. The one pair of earrings did not match the picture. The size of the other two earrings were so small and there was no way you could tell what the size was cause they don’t post that. I spent over $60 and they’re offering me $22. Are you kidding me? Absolutely terrible. Don’t do it.

WOW!! TERRIBLE service!!! The website touts a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE and "risk-free shopping". ON THE CONTRARY, I ordered ONE item and was sent and charged for FOUR. Sadly, I paid my credit card bill before I spotted the charge for unordered items. I tried to get a full refund for the unordered items ($75.71 in total), but after multiple UNsatisfying communications with what I assume was an AI bot, I gave up and settled for the 75% refund which they offered. SO...lots of time and $20 wasted on paying for their mistake. DON'T FEED THIS BEAST...they are not reputable!!!

This is definitely a scam!! The jewelry are cheaply made in China. Even though I paid at a discounted price, I definitely paid too much for it. Don’t buy anything from this site. It is not handmade by the women shown in the picture.

The product is as I expected shipment was smooth so it’s all good

Ordered a ring and 2 pr. Of earrings: shipping was quick. One pair of earrings (lg. gold hoops) has a hinge, but I have tried repeatedly to open them and cannot. All pieces were nice and I am pleased with them (except inability to use the hoops). I checked online to see if I could see them opened, but the earrings are no longer there.

It didn’t take no time for them to get here after I ordered the rings, they are all three beautiful , very good quality and the price was awesome, I will be a repeat customer if you’re still around, send me an email every once in awhile to let me know you’re still doing business, thanks again.

It was delivered carefully and timely. One item exceeded my expectations and one not so impressive. But Pearl and June compensated for that effectively and courtiestly.
