I have a similar bag so I expected the bag to be similar. But the difference is that my original bag had an extra zipper compartment that opens at the top behind the phone compartment otherwise the rest met my expectation.

Peaksta is excellent
Peaksta delivered my purchases as promised and within a reasonable time. I am very pleased with the items and will order from them again as Christmas approaches. My only complaint was with the 'in-transit Tracking System'. It never did update with any progress after the initial "your parcel has been shipped". Otherwise service was excellent.

The product looks great, very secure. The only thing is that I don't believe there was an option on which way it would sit on my chest. The one I received appears to be for a left handed person.

Sept. 13 update - finally received it and it looks solid and comfy! Tnx peaksta!
Sept. 12 update - peaksta reached out to me right away after leaving the review and provided a tracking number. It looks like the item is coming from China and just arrived in Los Angeles Sept. 9 but still haven’t received it yet. Will update this review once I have the items.

I wanted to trust this company and should’ve checked the reviews in here. I ordered on August 30th, got a confirmation code and never received a shipping date. I contacted their customer service to get an update and got no response after 2 or 3 emails. I received a marketing email from them asking why I never completed or used their code to buy their products, I replied to that email and told them they never gave me an update of when my item is shipping. I get a sympathetic email that they will find out what happened and will make sure to update me on the status. It’s been 3 days now after that last communication and I still have no clue on when I’ll get the items. I’m leaving for vacation in a week and it’s hopeless that I will get to use it if it will ever even ship. It’s either they are understaffed or it’s just a scam company.
