No returns or exchanges
While I understand that items online are not what they are once you receive them, I was very disappointed with the company’s “no return” policy. I ordered a bag online, but it was not the color I was expecting from their photos. When I reached out to their customer service asking if I could exchange it for a different color, they advised the company does not have a return or exchange policy. Extremely disappointed.

The Slim bag is awesome, RFID wallet not so good
The Slim bag is awesome, but it came with the RFID wallet and my card wouldn't pop up so that I could use it and struggled to get it out of the wallet. Now my drivers license is stuck in it. I was planning on taking it on our vacation, what would I do if I can't retrieve my credit card to pay for things, etc?

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We’re really glad you’re loving the Slim Carry bag, but we’re truly sorry to hear about the issue with the RFID wallet, that shouldn’t happen, and we understand how frustrating that must be, especially right before a trip.
Please also try this in the meantime: to remove the stuck license, use a thin flat card (like an old gift card) to gently push behind the license from the bottom. That can help ease it out without damaging it.

Great purchase
Easy to use website, clear instructions and helpful videos! I also got a fantastic deal. I ordered 3 slim carry bags and 2 slim carry 2 bags (b2g1 and b1g1 free) and received 5 wallets and 1 premium wallet free. I love the colors! I ordered orange and turquoise for the slim carry 2 and black, navy and olive for the original slim carry. Gave my mom the turquoise. Currently using the bright orange slim carry 2. Its got plenty of room and I LOVE the wallet, it fits nicely in the main pocket pouch. I would recommend these bags and wallets! I did get a fee from my bank of less than $3 for my purchase probably due to tariff things. Not a huge deal, just fyi if you live in the USA. Or my bank sucks, local credit union not national bank. I wish the strap was slightly longer since I'm rounder than normal but that's a me problem. I do recommend the bags and wallets! I'm also glad there was a video about how to use the wallets, never had one like this!

The shoulder bag is comfortable to wear. Has adequate space to carry a lot of things. Handy phone pocket easy to access. Pocket against your body is excellent for carrying money and cards.

The right size for light travel
The cross body bag is just what I need for my next trip. However the magnet to hold the top pocket close (phone spot) is not secure, and extra effort is needed to pull it open. This puts wear on the magnet fastener. It will fail soon I think.

I wear mine since so got it. I love it. The linking feels funny but not a big deal. I like that the straps are long so fits great. The only reason I did 4 stars was how long it took. But that was not them it was just the transport.

Delivery delays from this company are shocking! And then they lie to you!
Well after waiting 16 days my order has finally arrived from China!
Their website states 4-9 days for delivery to the UK!
If this company had responded to my enquiries quickly and HONSETLY I would not have escalated this matter any further. Unfortunately they did not and so I had to raise an issue with Paypal. Once Paypal were involved they stopped all communication with me. They had offered false information to try and put me off but I discovered this out within 24 hours.
And they still have not responded to Paypal!
I would not trust this company, why make things up?
Be honest with your customers and respond to enquiries quickly.
My advice is avoid this company at all costs!
