Ordered in February. Not delivered. No matter how many times I contacted Peaksta, they said they were investigating. I showed them my ‘shop’ account, as not delivered, yet their ‘investigations with CTT in Portugal came back as delivered. What they showed me as proof of delivery was a bar code. Nothing showed delivered and it’s not here! They won’t refund. They suggested I contact Portugal delivery company. It’s their responsibility to do so not mine. They agreed and offered to send a replacement, but my travels are over now and so I don’t want them redelivered. Plus I had ordered to my holiday home, and won’t be here until October. Why can’t they just refund! Beware of this company. They’re very polite but you get nowhere.

Update: received a refund within half hour of this review. Thank you but it’s a shame it took that to settle what isn’t a big cost. I know the bags are lovely so I’ll order just one from Peaksta - but from Amazon this time

I actually really love this product. I was hesitant after I ordered the bag thinking that I really didn't need another crossy body bag. I promptly received them (I took advantage of the bundle) and am SO PLEASED with how roomy it is, yet how sleek it is. I will be traveling soon and put it to that test- but the day to day - I love it.

The sling bag is so nice and comfortable. Really cool look. The wallet however, should be lower price for the fact that it cant hold cents or business cards. Other brands have a better design and functionality. Overall good quality, would buy again.

Order packed flat, compacted and safely received from courier. Thank you for advise on tracking number! Slim Carry 2 is an improvement of the first generation buckle that's why I ordered this version. Looking forward to future Slim Carry versions and perhaps a Peaksta Water+slash proof Waist Pouch.

These bags are exactly as described lots of pockets, yet streamlined and chic.

So disappointed with the customer service or lack thereof. Finally received my bags but they were missing the wallets that were advertised. Sent a few emails to no avail but they keep sending me emails to make more purchases. Will not be ordering anything with them again.

I bought one because it's perfect when I travel. I feel safe when all my essential and important documents are within my reach and its located in front of me. No need to worry about pickpockets.

The only thing that I would have liked better is a deeper. Good quality. Received it quickly. Good price. 4.5 stars

It looks really good. It's compact but can fit a lot of things at the same time. The bag feels really secure. From now on, I won't be leaving the house without my Peaksta bag!

I liked the design of the bag. Unfortunately the strap started breaking down after using for one trip. The company would not stand behind their product. Way overpriced for the durability. I would steer clear.

This is the best over the shoulder rfid bag I've ever used. It lays flat no matter what I put in it. Wow! I also got the rfid little wallet. I love it. It's exactly where I need it and where I can find it. Thanks Peaksta!! ♥️

The ordering process was quick and easy. I was a little concerned about the delivery status as I hadn't heard an estimated date of delivery for over a week. I emailed Peaksta inquiring of the status and they responded promptly. I received the bags shortly after that. I ordered the Slim Carry 2 for an extended international trip. I've been testing it out prior to my trip. It holds everything I need, with the added comfort of having ID theft protection. I like the look and comfort as well.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Company took more than a week to even ship items !!! I requested to cancel the items before they shipped and they then said oops we are shipping it can’t cancel now, then this company took another 3 days before they actually shipped it after I attempted to cancel!!! Do NOT TrUst this company it’s a scam!!!! Terrible customer service and they do not let you return items easily or quickly!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my bag through the company directly. I had been looking at them on Amazon and they it offered free returns. My correspondence with customer service has been very delayed and they still have not given me a return address or a receipt to prove that I am the person returning it. I will never order from this company again.

I got the Slim Carry 2 2 weeks ago. Getting the bag was the best decision I made in 2026. The bag looks slim and small but actually it can fit many things. I use it when I travel and it is very handy when you need to keep your travel doc, you mobile, wallet and many other stuff. I would recommend this product anytime! And the material and build is excellent!

The bags I got were great. It doesn’t feel too heavy after being loaded with my day to day stuff and the zippered compartments are placed in a very natural location when needing to place things inside or taking things out. Beautifully designed for sure!
