Quick delivery. Good communication.

Made an appointment online. When arrived, was told the the person had been sick so they couldn't do it.
Took 1/2 day off for it and left very very disappointed.
Would not recommend

Thank you to Peak Pharmacy, a straight forward order ,all done very swiftly, without all the fuss. order arrived quickly. I had ordered this simple tube of mouth gel from another Pharmacy to be told they were sending it, then they declined, it can be bought over the counter, But Peak Pharmacy dealt with my request quickly and sent it immediately,5stars recommend to everyone

This pharmacy's is not fit for practice i will be reporting them to headoffice management, after tri p no 5!!!!
to try and receive my perscription i have had every excuse under the sun bottom line 1 week later on an urgent perscription doctors had sent them!!! they had not ordered it!! Every visit they ket me waiting 40 minsto 1 hr 1 day /and this is for a very unbearabley painful awe ful large stomach ulcer/ diviculitis. The senior assistance set about shouting and balling at me i had just come out hospital sepsis and exstremely weak not feeling well tri no 5 was just to much so i calmly dare asked wherr is my perscription im ill im in ain i exlained i cant kee coming back hear and you still havent done my perscription, the assistant relied YYOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE I HAVE THOUSANDS OTHERS AND IM ILL/ U HAVE HARRASSED ME SINSE LAST WEEK, THIS I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING AND I STILL CANT!!!! SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY FIND A NOTHER PHARMACY DONT COME BACK HEAR I AGREED AND LEFT STILL NO PERSCRIPTION, FOLLOWING THIS A MAN OUT THE LONG WAITING QUE AROACHED ME OUTSIDE OFFERED TO V KINDLY PICK UP MY URGENT PERSCRIPTION THE DOCTOR S HAD SENT / AND DRLIVER HIMSELF TO MY HOME ADDRESSAS I WAS SO WEAK AND ILL AND IN SUCH PAIN!
THE ASSiANT DIDNT CATCH HER NAME THO SHE HAD BROWN STRAIGHT BOBBED LENTH HAIR WORN DARKISH RED LIPSTICK WEARS SLIDE IN HAIR HOLDING HER HAIR FROM SIDETO CENTRE TO TOP MATURER LADY SEEMS SENIOR POSITION MAYB.. I WITTNESD THIS PHARMACY ASS LETTING MOST PATIENTS DOWN ASKING THEM TO RE VISIT WITH THE SAME LIAM EXUSES CLEARLY THEY DO NOT DO THERE JOBS PROPERLY, I HAVE WITH LESS THAN 1 HOUR PHONED MY DOCTORS EXPLAIN SITUATION THEY THEN REISSUE MY URGENT PERSCRIPTION I GO TO A NOTHER PHARMACY WHO PROCESS IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING/ FAILED PHARMACY AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO AGREE EVEN OTHER PHARMACY S ARE AWARE!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Peak Pharmacy, Leigh, derby street, WN7. I attended the pharmacy today after a GP appointment for my two unwell children (9 months and 4 years old) to collect their prescribed antibiotics. Due to their ill health, I left them in my car parked outside on the yellow lines hoping I’d be in and out, rather than bring two sick and distressed children inside. When I arrived, I was the only patient. The receptionist offered no greeting or courtesy just a cold, dismissive “you okay?” with no eye contact. Other customers were treated the same. Despite being the only patient, I waited around 30 minutes for the prescriptions. When I politely asked if the pharmacist could expedite the medication because my children were in the car, I was rudely told they were busy and that I and my children “needed to be patient.” This is completely unacceptable when dealing with a 9 month old baby and a 4 year old. After leaving, I called the pharmacy to request the complaints procedure, the pharmacist’s GPhC registration number, the owner’s name, and the receptionist’s name. I was on hold for 38 minutes, and when someone finally answered, I was told the pharmacist was “having her lunch” and asked to call back. I explained I could not call back after waiting 38 minutes, but I was treated dismissively and given contradictory excuses. To make matters worse, there was a serious safety issue with the medications. Although the bottles themselves had labels, each bottle was placed in the wrong outer box. The pharmacist did not explain the different strengths of the medications at all. I was left unsure whether I could safely give the antibiotics to my children. When I contacted the pharmacy about this, I was told I could have messed with the boxes myself and that I “must have a problem with the pharmacy,” which is completely unacceptable. This branch shows a total lack of professionalism, compassion, and attention to patient safety. Staff are rude, dismissive, and fail to provide basic customer service. The delays, lack of communication, and mishandling of medications for young children are shocking. I strongly caution others to be extremely careful using this pharmacy, and I expect the management to take these issues seriously and address them immediately

Very clear website easy to order what I wanted

3 months between pharmacy and Dr's i can't gte my prescription until i'm almost out of pills when the script was sent ove as an emergcny still took 2 days i'm complaining to doctors too

Everything spot on.,Short delivery time. Nice strong box. Will probably order again of the price is right.

Great prices on Tempo tissues and so hard to get elsewhere. Speedy delivery. Highly recommended.

I’ve been collecting my repeat prescription here for many years without issue, but today was extremely frustrating. My doctor had sent my prescription on 28/11, yet when I came in, the staff insisted it hadn’t been received. Even after I showed proof on my NHS app, I was told to go back to my doctor.

The receptionist at my GP was very helpful and provided a code confirming the prescription had been sent. When I returned to the pharmacy, they eventually found it on the system — but still told me I’d have to come back tomorrow. I explained I needed the medication today, only to be told I should order five days in advance, even though that wouldn’t have solved the issue.

To make matters worse, the staff member who dealt with me was unhelpful from the start and showed the same attitude to another elderly customer who simply needed a plaster. I ended up helping her myself.

I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of care and dismissive attitude from staff made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful.
