Peak Pharmacy was founded in 1981 and is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
It has grown via merger and acquisition from a single pharmacy into the business it is today, consisting of over 150 pharmacies and an online pharmacy.
In 2023 we moved to our new purpose-built facility, in Bolsover, housing both our head office and warehouse. The warehouse uses state-of-the-art automation technology and machinery for medicine packing and distribution.

I tried to rearrange a home delivery
I tried to rearrange a home delivery. The telephone call diverts to the answer machine and I am told that the answer machine is full and cannot accept any messages. I have tried numerous times to contact PCT and cannot speak to anyone, nor leave a message. I need the medication and the service from Peak Pharmacy Direct is simply not fit for purpose.

We do not currently have answering machine facilities at Peak Pharmacy Direct. The telephone line is only manned within the working hours, with an automated message ocurring outside of these times, informing customers when our opening hours are. We are unsure as to what number you are calling, where it is prompting you to leave a message.
We'd really like to help you resolve your issue. Please contact us on 01246 450425 (Option 1) and a member of the customer service team will be able to assist you direct, or pass you on to the relevent department.

Thank you for leaving us a review.
After checking the tracking information, we can confirm that you placed your order on the 3rd and it was dispatched the same evening using next day delivery. Royal Mail attempted delivery to your address at 11:53am on the 4th, however there was no answer. A calling card should have been left at the property.
A second delivery attempt was made on the 5th at 1:24pm, but again there was no answer. The parcel would then have been returned to the local delivery office, where it will be awaiting either collection or rearranged delivery.
Please refer to your dispatch confirmation email, which contains your tracking number. You can use Royal Mail Track & Trace to locate your parcel and select a suitable re-delivery option.
We believe we have done everything within our control to ensure your order was delivered promptly, and Royal Mail attempted delivery within their stated timescales.
