Perfect
Ordered several medallions for the Perfect draft pro and they are a Perfect fit. Also Ordered a custom design for the tap handle, sent a picture and came back perfect.

Nice medallions for Perfect Draft
Great looking & good quality medallions that fit perfect into the Perfect Draft handle. Gives that bit of extra pleasure to an already great drinking experience. Just thought the delivery was a little long hence missing a star.
Having said that I’d have no hesitation buying from this firm again.

Great medallions for my PerfectDraft…
Great medallions for my PerfectDraft Pro just to give it an extra finishing touch. Will probably order more as a when different kegs become a more regular beer!

Poor quality and expensive.
Bought 2 perfect draft replacement handles and 4 caps. Caps have dropped off! Awful for £60! Had to super glue them back, can’t help but think I’ve been ripped off here.

As explained at the time, the PerfectDraft Black Tap Handle was a newly released product and we identified a manufacturing issue affecting a small batch, which caused the caps to come loose during use. Once this was raised, we outlined the issue and offered to resolve it, including a replacement.
Unfortunately, that assistance was declined.
We stand by the quality of our products and our customer service, and when issues do occur, we make every effort to put them right quickly and fairly. We’re always happy to help customers who are willing to work with us toward a solution.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, they emailed me to question an order where they believed I had made a mistake and by coincidence one of my PD'S had broken saveing me from spending on items I no longer required for the broken PD machine and altered the order without fuss or grumble.
