All items bar one arrived promptly and as advertised
Just as I was on the point of writing an email questioning the missing item - up popped an email from Bob apologising for not including the item and assuring it would be posted ASAP
He was as good as his word - it arrived the next day 👏🏻👏🏻 I was well chuffed
