The interface is simple, for regular mailings, i had no problem to open the account, and no problem to fill up on the account, and hopefully my letters reaches the destination address. Pickup Message appears to be normal. since Larus I Gudmundsson

I have been using PC2Paper for years. They're absolutely wonderful. Saves me a lot of time. Pricing is fair, reasonable and transparent. They offer lots of options that are useful to both non-urgent/mundane stuff but also professional correspondence for business - I very much like that I can opt for high-GSM paper - stapling, A4 envelopes, Special Delivery and Return Envelope for business/urgent correspondence. I recommend without hesitation. The only possible suggestion I could possibly think of is that on rare occasions, getting something to someone via Special Delivery is very urgent - perhaps in the future (obviously this would require cut-off times) - PC2Paper could consider offering Special Delivery by 9am and by 1pm services separately. Thank you for all the years of managing my mail!

Really handy service for people like me without a printer.

A simple low bloat website that does what it says on the tin.

I looked around for something that did this years ago and come back very occasionally when I need it and glad it is there.

Yes, website is a tiny bit clunky and is a bit confusing if you need to add funds to your account having already written a letter, but overall it works well.

PC2Paper is a service that is vital for me. My hand was damaged when I was a wee kid and so I cannot write eligible text other than my signature. As well as the above I am also housebound so this is a fantastic all in one solution for me. Saves my poorly hand and also means I can stay at home where I am safe. I have also recently subscribed to their real letterbox service which is helping me in other amazing ways. Thanks to everyone at PC2Paper for an easy and pleasant service.

REPLY: That is entirely incorrect. You only responded to my emails re closure of account this am and only in response to this review. PayPal do NOT usually charge fees for refunds - I have received many and not one has a fee levied. As I explained to you before you replied on here it is listed as a ‘conversion fee’. You claim there is no foreign exchange so suggest you take that up with PayPal as that is what it indicates.

Their website is a nightmare to use (as other long-term customers have reported) - if you don't have the exact credit already in place you end up having to start the construction of mail process all over again. It's caught me out one too many times so I've decided not to use the service any more. I have had to send multiple emails just to get the unused credit returned and have been mostly ignored. I was told as per their T&Cs they do not return unused credit (they have no right to do this by the way). Eventually they returned it minus a miscellaneous fee (about 10%). Regretting having ever used them. This is just not how you treat customers. Enjoy your extra fee Pc2 Paper - hope it was worth it.

I've used this service for 9 years and would pay an additional amount per postal. I have just tried to use the service today and they are now asking for a £29.99 annual fee (Payg) or £60.00 annual fee. This is ridiculous; I was never informed. Anyway, I don't see why I should pay an annual fee when the website has not been updated in a decade; it is clunky slow and not easy to use. Anyway, I have used Clicksend instead, where I did not have to pay a rip-off fee.

Love their service and wish I knew about it before would have helped me a lot in the past. I found out about it during the pandemic. I have a medical condition and get tired often and anything I can do to save energy can be beneficial. Usually, when I need to post something I need to go to the library and print as the printers at home never work. Put the envelope together and post it at the post office sometimes wait in line and is usually black and white printing at the library. This service they do Color printing at a good price and they post for you and give you the tracking number so basically, they do all the work for you. Highly recommend it to everyone because saves time and is very practical.

I was outside the UK and needed to send a letter quickly to Companies House. DHL, UPS and Fedex quoted sky high prices to deliver the letter. I discovered Pc2paper right here on Trustpilot, uploaded my letter to their website and got the letter delivered the next day, for a fraction of the price the courier companies quoted.

As well the sending of letter as receiving letters with PC2Paper works excellent. I can fully recommend this company to everyone who has to do something with letters.

Great service option to send to folks who don't accept email correspondance and avoid you waiting in a post office queue. They support signed for and special delivery, so great when you need verification of a delivery. I like their option of copying a previous letter to edit to save a lot of time.
They also have a very responsive customer care team who solve issues quickly if you have any. When i have had an issue in the past they have responded and resolved within the hour.

This site has been a lifesaver for us. We are based abroad, and need to keep in touch with our non-internet using, 91 year old relative, who lives alone. PC2Paper enable us to not only promptly send letters, but also do internet based research on her behalf, as well as send photos.
I honestly would not wish to be without the site. It is somewhat "clunky", but forgiven for the service that it provides.

Letters never get sent. Scam

I just started using PC2Paper's service today. Topped up £5.00 and my transaction went smoothly. Already sent off two letters today. Easy to use interface and it works great. I do think it could definitely be optimized to look more modern and more support for mobile. Overall, great website!

A great service. Have been using this service for a few years now. Nearly all of our regular mail is sent using this service through a few zapier automations. All in all a great time saving service.

I wouldn't recommend them at all! They actually read your letters (which on their website they claim they don't) then want you to send a whole lot of info on yourself before they will send your letters.

I live in Switzerland and I recently used it to send the contents of an email from a distant cousin in Australia to my elderly sister in the UK who has no internet or social media connection. It is for me an ideal solution. Also, instead of paying international postage rates, I pay UK to UK rates.
I also see potential in being able to send other documents such as pdf's where letter post is required.
The interface is clean and usable. I like it and can thoroughly recommend it.

I tried using this site to send a quick letter from my phone but it just does not work. I registered, clicked the button for 'send letter', there's a blank space but then nothing. It does not matter what I click on, just NOTHING!

I sent a letter that required a response and I received the response so the service seems to work well to me. I’m a happy customer.
