Fantastic service, very helpful and solved the issue in a timely manner

Fantastic communication. Extremely helpful. All at a reasonable cost.
I bought a used iPhone 2 yrs ago and have just had the battery replaced. I also had a little work done to a motorcycle coms unit that had a dodgy charging socket. I will no doubt be returning in the future.

They were excellent had a problem with my tablet it wouldn't turn on they checked it then fixed it so quickly,, was very impressed.

Friendly folks with a great quality repair at reasonable prices. Recommended service with no problems.

The guys here are brilliant. They know their stuff and they actually take their time to speak to you / present you with a few different options. Not that I'm trying to make a habit of breaking my phone, but I know for a fact there’s only 1 place to take it for any future work! Plus, every person I’ve ever spoken to who works there all come across as genuine and good people - for a local business these guys are top tier, I could not recommend them highly enough.

I have dealt with this company now for a few years & without exception Sue has always been very friendly & most helpful, at times just adjusting or showing me how to do something, without charge. When a repair had been required it was done efficiently & at reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.

Found this company so helpful and made it so easy to solve issues. Great service and speedy service. Highly recommend them. Thought I had to buy a new PC to get Windows 11 as it was not compatible, however they re-built existing one and it runs as new and all singing and dancing. Saved the expense as well.

Booked in online, checked with them if the repair could be done whilst I waited (1 hour, took a book) job done, second time I've had to use them and it's been an excellent service both times, would and fo recommend to sll.

My son’s home built tower PC (3 months old) suddenly wouldn’t boot. We had checked what we could (including reseating graphics card, CPU, and DRAM), but still no joy.

I took it to PC Revamp where they performed some diagnostics and confirmed the CPU was faulty (ruling out everything else including the motherboard), and providing a written report.

This has allowed us to return the CPU to AMD for exchange.

I assume this is a not-so-common request, but Paul at PC Revamp rose to the challenge and gave us exceptional service.

Have used pc revamp many times, they're swift, professional, helpful and worth every penny.

Great help had a charging issue . Cleaned the port works perfectly and fitted a new screen protector . Very nice and helpful.

I recently reached out to PC Revamp York, through their online appointment system, for a screen replacement and hinge repair for my Samsung Flip. The staff were prompt in their response and quite accommodating of my circumstance in terms of fixing my phone within a specific timeline. They kept me updated over the progress of the repair, particularly from the some follow on issues from fixing rhe screen. They showcased incredible patience and valued customer satisfaction. Thanks to the dedicated staff,   this is one issue off my list.

We took our laptop in for repair, unfortunately it wasn't possible. The service and communication was fantastic. We finally bought a new Acer laptop from them and they transferred absolutely everything on to it. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from PC revamp the other day. The team kept me up to date as to what was happening, ordering parts etc; My ipad was done , home and working in 2days . I always use this team they look after all the customers , there a great team I couldn't fault them! The prices are the best in York. I recommend to everyone to try these brilliant people.
