I bought here the cheapest One piece box set 1-4 on the market! It was so cheap that i was afraid of buying it but after reading alot of reviews i decided to take a bet. Not only i got it 2-3 weeks earlier than i expected they also were in perfect state.

I found the book I was looking for, brand new, at the cheapest price I could find - and the postage and packaging was free.

I received communication when it had been dispatched and when I could expect it. It arrived securely packaged and shrink-wrapped.

Very happy indeed with my experience and would recommend them.

The order came within a few days and it’s amazing exactly what I ordered I was sceptical since the price was hella cheap but worth it brand new too.

I contacted Georgina after finding PB bookstore as a supplier on Amazon.
Georgina and her team especially set up their website for me to order a bulk number of books to be shipped to Europe. The experience was excellent- she tracked every box (of which there were many) and stayed in touch over the phone and email throughout the shipping process. Do use this company, they really are one of a kind!

Absolutely first class service. I had some questions about the ISBN and page count of this publication. PBshop staff checked all the details and phoned me back a couple of hours later. Bearing in mind the book was published in 2013 in Germany, I consider that great service.
Highly recommend these people based on great price and service.

Prompt attention to a problem with a book, even though not of PBShop's making, but due to a cyber communication glitch. Much appreciated.

I ordered a book on August 13th, enquired on its status on August 22nd only to find that they cancelled the order, apparently unable to source the book. I can see it available on internet, more than one seller, but of course at a significantly higher total price, which is why I went to pbshop, also known as paperback shop, did not see its > 80% one star reviews on trust pilot at the time. Avoid, that's my advice. Fortunately, although the order was confirmed, I didn't lose any money, no waiting for refund is necessary. Enough time wasted though.

No reputable company would entrust such a bunch of cowboys to deliver for them.

Final analysis -

A bunch of cheapskates who dont care about the customer once they have the money

Just noticed - they are not even interested in receiving a copy of this

I made an order via eBay, I had to cancel and the seller kindly agreed writing ‘ We have cancelled your order with us at your request. There is no need for you to do anything else.’, the second sentence hinted at what was to follow. They did not cancel and they did not refund.

I created a PayPal case, they insisted the case must be closed, I closed it, and they insist it must be closed despite being so. My refund remains unpaid, the case is closed and eBay is unable to help.

eBay knew something was wrong and emailed with support options, and after thanking me for being with them for 15 years, they went on to suggest I seek advice from Consumer Directive, Trading Standards and the small claims court to get a refund from this seller. That was not expected.

I wasted days of having the case dealt with by PayPal by the seller insisting I close the case, eBay made those suggestions. I trust PayPal will cover this.

You will get one email a day, not including weekends, poorly worded and ignoring the issue, they will not recheck any status or pertinent information prior to their reply, you will get dishonesty and little else in exchange for your money, anxiety also.

Note that eBay is insistent the seller is able to make the refund.

These are crooks, they guided me to and through the removal of my last line of defence against losing my money, a PayPal case, they insisted it had to be closed to make a refund, they knew what they were doing.

Georgia and Hannah are crooked, this is my experience.

AVOID! £31.61 wasted.

My order arrived today, fast delivery and very well packaged. The ordered item was a fantastic price and far lower than elsewhere. Staff were responsive and very helpful when contacted. Thank you pbshop.store.
