I've only recently discovered PBShop online and have purchased twice from this company. There is a wide range of books to choose from and order, and I highly recommend calling customer service even for a small query, because there is a fabulous team working there. They are all so friendly, efficient and professional, that chatting with them will make you feel heard, that you are important to them, and any issues will be dealt with and responded to very quickly.

Worst service ever. Took 10 days to get my book to the courier (Yodel). Yodel then took 4 days to get my book to me. The bookstore is 42 miles from me, a road journey of just over hour, yet it took 14 days for my order to arrive. I could have walked to the shop and back in less time. I will never deal with this shop, ABE books, or Yodel again.

Terrible experience with PBShop.store, who sell books on eBay. I ordered a £24 book that way and it never arrived. They said they shipped it, but it couldn't be tracked. They didn't communicate with me. In the end eBay had to intervene to ensure I was refunded. I would advise any buyers to be wary of their very poor customer service. I'm not the only one either - if you look at their negative feedback ratings on eBay there are 10s of them every month, mainly for non-delivery of orders.

At PB Shop, I found a small stock of an otherwise sold out box set and ordered it right away.
The delivery time was as stated and the books were in great conditions!
Also, I reached out to the customer service with an enquiry, which they responded to quickly. Great experience at PB Shop.

I tried to buy two books through Pbshop, first I had problems entering my address, but the worst was at the time of payment where I tried to buy through paypal and when I tried to verify the addresses and pay, already entered my paypal, I was redirected to the payment selection, and so all the time. It does not give me any confidence, I leave without buying anything and having entered payment information.

I purchased a book from PBShop.store through Abe Books the book was listed as HARDBACK. The book arrived and was a PAPERBACK. After telling them about the issue, they told me the order was correct and if I wanted I could send the copy I received back. Update: ABEbooks after corresponding with me refunded the purchase price.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I saw how cheap they were but, they arrived pretty quickly and in great condition. Glad I tried them out and will buy here again.

10/10 would recommend

First of all, they are not professional , I could not receive the whole refund . Second , they could not gave me the tracking number that could confirm they have send the parcel . A bad , terrible and so disgusting experience with them . Never trust them !

Found manga for great prices, it almost seemed too good to be true, but all items were received in great condition with free delivery. Bought a few times and found it to be a reliable seller with absolute bargains :)

I never heard of this company before but they had a book I wanted cheaper than anywhere else and reviews on trust pilot was good so gave them a shot.
I had an issue with the condition of the order after it arrived but the customer service went above and beyond what I would have expected and cannot fault them at all. I would highly recommend and looking at other reviews on here my issue was an isolated issue.

I paid an order in the day 27th of May in this store in Ebay , but until today , i could not receive it , i ask them a lot of times , they do not responde , i never trust them .
I do not receive the whole refund ! It is so ridiculous !

Ordered the first box set for Tokyo Ghoul as they had the best price I could find, which made me a bit suspicious at first. My order came on the earliest day of the delivery timeframe (excluding the first day being a bank holiday) and it came really well packaged. I was really impressed tbh and will more than likely be ordering from here again. One thing I will add is that delivery can take a bit longer than if you were to order from somewhere else, however it is well justified as the price is usually much lower than other websites and their carbon footprint is reduced due to the way they Manage stock.

Their customer service has been very understanding and helpful and I've been very satisfied with the quality of the books and shipping. Even the delivery dates shown on the page are often less than estimated at first. At least when importing to Germany the delivery usually takes about a week and a half.

I placed an order for NCLEX Saunders textbook via Amazon since on the 02.05.2023 of this month, which says it will be delivered on the 09.05.2023. It wasn’t delivered as stated and only for me to lodged a complaint on Amazon and got a response that it was just shipped out yesterday with yodel and to wait until I receive it, without a specified date. However after tracking my parcel on Yodel this evening it shows on their page that package is still with seller. So I am reaching out since it hasn’t been sent after more than a week and no specified day of delivery I hereby request for a refund and cancellation of the order.

Since the purpose I am about to purchase can not be met.

I am very much disappointed and displeased with your services.

Probably the lowest prices in Great Britain. Excellent customer service and always happy to help. Highly recommended. The website could use some upgrades and tracking of orders could be better but the make up for it with amazing customer service.

Great Prices! Great Packaging! And Great Customer Service Above All! I could not recommended this site enough! This is my go to shop to buy books. They have cheap prices of in-print books that as far as I’ve seen are unbeatable! I regret not buying from this site earlier. Previously I bought from Speedyhen and thought that was it in terms of prices but was fortunately mistaken.

Bought Tokyo Ghoul Box Set at £30 less than I could find anywhere else, reviews seemed legit and so I took the gamble (as I'd never seen this store before). Arrived super quick! While the window of delivery was 10 days, it arrived on the first possible day! Fast (and free) postage and a great price, definitely recommend.

Customer service is simply exemplary! Perfect in every respect, I phoned the company and was greeted by an incredibly warm and friendly enthusiastic lady who was totally committed to providing the absolute best standards of customer service. She chased up the matter I phoned up about and phoned me back to fully resolve the issue. The book I ordered was the best price available and arrived carefully boxed in perfect condition. Perfect service in every respect.

It was very fast! Cheaper and the staff was very helpful!

I had a great shopping experience and the book was awesome! I definitely recommend it! Quick and easy. Might come back.
