ACCT CLOSED-STILL CHARGING MONTHLY FEE
We went with payment depot in early 2021.... saving a small percentage over using paypal to process our B2B credit card payments. Our bank offered us lower rates in July so we switched to them in July, cancelling our payment depot account. We then got billed in August for the $77 monthly fee... after the account was closed. I spoke with a manager in Sept who said he closed the account(it was never done prior) & credit us back the monthly fee. It's now 12/13/21... we never got our $77 back & WE JUST GOT CHARGED ANOTHER MONTHLY SERVICE FEE OF $77!!!!! SERIOUSLY! I JUST CALLED AGAIN & THEY SEE THE ACCT IS CLOSED, DON'T KNOW WHY WE GOT CHARGED - AGAIN & WOULD HAVE THE SAME MANAGER GET BACK TO ME. TERRIBLE!!!

Payment Depot is so easy
Payment depot has been extremely easy to use with great help when needed (although you most likely won't need any help once everything is set up). Our rep Andrew Winscott has been extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

Perfect!
Payment Deport has been working perfectly as my credit card vendor. I've had to process some large charges and they gone through without a hitch. The Payment Depot rep that's been working with me (Andrew Winscott) really has a been a star; I don't think it's ever taken him more than a few hours to respond to any of my emails.

The changeover was quick and seamless. Card Processing Machine was the latest model and brand new (not refurbished like some Merchant Service providers). And we are saving Money on processing fees versus our old processor. Deposits are quickly deposited into bank with no delays. I am satisfied with Payment Depot.

Saving ~$1000 month
I switched to Payment Depot for my payment processing about 5 months ago. I have been calculating the real rate every month and am very pleased that it is exactly as they promised it would be and I am consistently saving about $1000 a month on credit card fees.
They made it easy to switch and the change was seamless to my business.

Amazing Service and Employees
We have been using Payment Depot for many years. Every employee I have dealt with has been really helpful and responds quickly to questions and problems. Recently a credit card processing company kept calling offering better rates, huge savings, etc., and would not leave us alone. After repeatedly telling them we were not interested in changing companies, our sales rep called the company and got them to stop calling us.

Paid for sim card service which never worked. Batch closes regularly mismatched bank transfer amounts requiring lengthy reconciliation.
Cheap tho.
