Exceptional service
I could comfortably secure my purchase in 4 installments, at no interest. My purchase was honored and delivered in a matter of days. I get frequent reminders ahead of upcoming transactions just so I make sure that there's enough funds. Exceptional service!

Support team not helpfull
Payflex says they believe that relationships (not products) are what really matter in the long-run.
I recently requested to have may Pay/salary on the 3 month payments changed to atleast 2 days after my salary date.
This is because, if by some chance my salary/pay day happens to be on a weekend the salaray clearance won't go through until the following Monday.
Payflex made go through a lot hustles. Made believe it was possible as long as I cleared all outstanding debts, provided 2months bank statement and salary slip.
After all that, 24 emails later. They told me they couldn't change it because my salary date does not mach the date I want to switch to.
I already know that.
They don't care about anything except their bottom lines. Not pleased at all.

I was under the impression that Payflex…
I was under the impression that Payflex had changed to the 3 payment/instalment option. I was very disappointed to learn that they are still sticking to the inconvenient 4 payment/instalment option.

Payment
I made a payment on payflex and the amount went off on my bank account but on the payflex portal it still shows that I’m owing money. Yesterday they attempted deducting money again on my bank account despite paying the full amount. I have been sending emails but I haven’t received any assistance. Horrible service. Even on my bank statements it shows that the money went off I don’t know why they are still attempting to deduct money from my account.
