Brilliant, I can’t recommend them enough they looked after me from start to finish and made the whole process of buying a car straight forward and easy, they put a fresh MOT on the car and found a few issues and paid for it out of there own pocket to make the car road worthy ready for collection they went above and beyond for me and I can’t speak more highly of them

Possibly the poorest customer service I've ever had, 7 Miles's of range on a test drive unacceptable, very little help, 240 Mike drive home at night with 79 miles of range... did nothing to rectify the small cat issues, be careful, they seem friendly, but all a bit too much trouble 4 them......

Couldn’t recommend enough. Friendly staff, helpful, gave great price for part ex and deal on vehicle I wanted. Omar gave me a great deal and very helpful.

I honestly can’t believe this is how Pavilion Motors Company treats customers. I called ahead before travelling all the way from Leeds to Oldham to see a car I was told was available. When I arrived, not only was the car not there, the staff didn’t even acknowledge me properly, rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested.

One of the salesmen just pointed me to the back of the dealership on my own, without any help or explanation, to look at “other cars.” The back lot was a mess, around 100 cars crammed together, not labelled, not prepped, not in any order. It felt like a scrapyard, not a professional dealership.

The office itself looked and felt like something out of a mafia film, intimidating, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, the staff got defensive and aggressive, like they wanted to argue or even fight.

The whole experience bugged me so much that I had to leave this review. Avoid this place at all costs. I don’t understand how they have any good reviews, maybe fake ones, who knows. But based on what I experienced, this place needs to be shut down.

We have just bought our 1st family car (7seater) from pavilion motors. We are extremely impressed by there professional service from viewing a car to coming to collect it. In the future if we ever need a new or another car we will be coming back.

Traveled from Nottingham to Oldham to buy an Audi Q7. The moment we walked in the dealership they was very attentive & helpful. Took us on a test drive & was open & honest about anything that was wrong with the car & what they had fixed. They also put a fresh M.O.T on for us. They also advised that if we have any trouble to contact them & they would be more than happy to fix it up they can.
I would Highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
