Top customer service, great service and a car clean too

The staff are alwsys friendly and very professional willing to assist in shatever way possible.

All went well but the next day i realised that one of the plastic wheel nut covers has been left off, brake pads were changed on the day.

It was definitely in place prior to the work being done.

From the first contact with Paul Rigby Volvo I felt confident my car was in safe hands, I don't like singling people out because it's a team effort, but Gemma was so bubbly she just made the experience so easy, absolutely first class from start to finish, will definitely use Paul Rigby again.

I waited while my car was serviced. Free drinks and wifi. My only complaint was that the car was returned in guest mode so I had to rack my brain how to get it back to my preferred positions.

As I was waiting for the vehicle, the service was completed in good time and the car was returned to me in a nice clean condition.

Paul Rigby Volvo (Stourbridge) fixed my XC90 after another Volvo dealership insisted there was no solution to the problem! Really great work by the friendly & helpful team there. Paul Rigby (Birmingham) also recently serviced the vehicle - great value for money and slick operation. Will definately use again!

Still not had my petrol as promised when I bought the car twelve months ago.otherwise I am well pleased with my XC60 every one who looks at it wants one .... Until I tel them the price.

Always efficient and friendly, the only gripe I have is the call centre that calls to book your service in has now booked my service in too early twice now.

I feel the work was great and service great but i did email them regarding a missing piece of plastic that covers the front safety camera behind the rear view mirror. this i believe was forgotten after inspection.

It's a shame you can't give no stars they don't deserve 1, they seem ok at the start, but after the deposits paid they couldn't care less about you, what a shambles of s dealership and an embarrassment for volvo, the sales person who sold us the car what a vile human he is, the lies just seem to cascade from his lips unhindered, that's when he can be bothered to call you back, the women on the main desk, their main job is to make you feel someone care but they don't, they sell you a £40+k car with 'a free charging port' but no cable to us it, so what's the point? The best the manager could come up with is 'you got a cable with the car?
Me:It won't fit the charge port,
Manager 'well use the one thst came with the car,'
Me whsts the point of a free charge port and no cable,
Manager you need to speak with the port people.
Avoid these people they don't deserve your time or money, find a dealer that want to help, these don't.

Called up to gather more information about a car, was pressured into reserving. Trevor even tried to make me reserve for £500 over the phone when there was a £99 online reservation. Luckily I reserved online as since I've found out more information about the car and changed my mind, I've been chasing my refund for several weeks. Upon cancellation Trevor became immediately disgruntled over the phone but assured me he'd process my refund. It didn't happen. A week later I called in again, Trevor then asked me to email him with my bank account details so that he could return the money. Still didn't happen. I've now had to email the MD to ask for my refund. Overall poor service and can't imagine what the after sales care would have been like if I went through with the £40,000 purchase.

Great customer care, cannot fault her attention to detail and fast response time to queries.

As a former employee, I cannot express enough how much of a toxic working environment this place has. They sell you the dream to begin with and it all goes downhill from there. The management is awful with no real backbone to the place. Being a ‘family run’ business there is no HR so if you have an issue, best keep it to yourself. Rather than supporting colleagues and encouraging them to do better, they’d rather see you struggle - as long as you’re selling their cars they couldn’t care less about your well being.

This is the sort of place to avoid! It is a gigantic mess and I can really see why they have such a high staff turnover. I could write an essay about the treatment of employees here, from being underpaid to being treated like dogs. They have no real procedures to follow as a work place should and prefer to keep everything internal, I wonder why.
