The bags are well made and look nice. They took a long time, however, to get to me. I'm still waiting on one. I ordered four backpacks. They come from China, so the shipping time seems to be the issue. I am pleased with the product, I just wished they were made in America.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Complete scam!!! Bags are made in China and are not handcrafted by someone named Paul Richard!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

The tracking number has been showing “processing” for over a month. Starting to believe this is a total scam. I will probably never see the bag that I ordered.

I’m all over Facebook and some well placed marketing was used and caught my attention on these really nice leather bags. The marketing campaign led me to believe that the company was going out of business and so I figured I’d help out. I understand that when I placed my order, it was during the Christmas season and that explains the couple weeks delay in getting my order. No big deal. What I need to do better in the future is research the companies before I start buying. This is no way the fault of the company in my head. I saw a well dressed gentleman with letter apron. I just assumed that these were made in the USA and that’s not anyone’s fault but mine.
Right out of the box the bags looked as intended nice quality, leather a nice look something that I can where with pride. Next time I decide to make a purchase on something leather, I will spend more to get it made in the USA as I believe and supporting USA craftsmanship if you’re looking for a good quality handbag backpack duffel bag whatever this company will provide you that. Hopefully your experience will be better and I promise you if you order now the Christmas season is over and May get here from the destination point quicker

The Paul Richard leather carrying bag that I received is a high quality product. The company website was easy to follow and review the various products and designs sold by the company. The delivery was flawless and on time.

Great bag but when I go to your site the bags I would be interested in are all out of stock

This company is actually based out of China disguising as a American based company.. buyer beware.. they also sell insurance and don’t honor it

My dad found these through a Facebook ad right around christmas-time and mentioned they were really cool. I found one that fit his tastes and ordered it. He received it pretty quickly and he absolutely loves it. Can't wait to replace my work bag with one, myself!

Bg is from china has a different name on it. Isn't waxed canvas or waterproof

Clearly master craftsman work. The design of my backpack is just right -- not too complex, but enough bells and whistles on the important parts. Love the snap-and-strap easy access to the main compartment. Beautiful leather, great choices on hardware, I couldn't ask for more!

I'll start with, it was worth the wait. My leather rucksack backpack is beautiful, well made and arrived a bit late, due to a boost of orders bring "supply and demand" into the equation. The two hipster backpacks also arrived and the size is deceiving in the market photo as these are much larger than expected, gladly so.
These are nice products and at the seasonal sale price, exceptional deals.
I believe the bad reviews are either competition faked, or just unhappy buyers who gripe about everything.
I'll buy more products in the future.

Very rarely do you find something through Facebook That’s actually really really good quality. The backpack is first rate. I’m extremely happy with it. I can assure you if you buy a bag through Paul Richard, you won’t be disappointed.

I have bought a bag or two sight unseen. Most with disappointment. This bag is awesome. Real cowhide. It isn’t that cheap goat leather. It reminds of getting that new baseball glove and wanting to slather it in glovoleum.
The side pockets are a bit tight but over all it’s an awesome bag.

It feels like a scam. I bought a bag on December 22, it’s January 11 and nothing. I found this on facebook and now I’m just thinking it’s a loss. If I get a bag at all I’m sure it won’t be as described. But I hope they prove me wrong.

True to his word, Paul crafted an amazing bag. Its looks are amazing but more than that, it exudes quality and durability. It was bought as a gift for my partner, and she could not be more delighted. Thank you.

I was completely deceived by an ad for Paul Richard bags, who is not a meek, hard working craftsman at the end of his career. The bags are mass produced by a company in China as I found out during the shipping process. I should have taken time to read reviews before ordering.

The canvas bag I bought is of mediocre quality, materials, and craftsmanship at best. The site is a total scam with a false story up front and a substandard product.
