First wash - Great service
First wash yesterday having signed onto the window cleaning service a few weeks ago. I fully support the idea of giving jobs to our service personnel so was happy to sign up
I love the app and information sent before cleaning as it helps me plan to be in, or out, with my dog so the cleaning doesn't distress her.
It looks like a good job was done quickly and efficiently, so far I'm very impressed.

Fantastic service always!
Always super efficient,(customer for around a year now!) arrive on the day agreed -with an email reminder the day before so if you’re working from home there’s no jump scare, and always super friendly! Great value too- thanks!

Signed up to these guys thinking it was a good idea and I needed a window cleaner. What a shame they don't turn up/ turn up late on random days. The most off putting thing for me though was the fact that they make it impossible to cancel and just take money out of your bank. I've had to ring the bank and report it as fraud today. No company should be allowed to take reoccurring payments and make it impossible for the customer to cancel. They are now blocked from taking payments and a new card has been reissued.
Don't use them. Unreliable, aggressive sale tactics and if you want to cancel it's impossible to do.

I'm so sorry to hear this. We do try really hard not to move cleans, but when we do need to, it's because it's unfortunately totally unavoidable. We do also email all customer's in advance, apologising and giving them the rescheduled clean date as soon as possible, so they can pop it in their diary!
I'm also sorry to hear you aren't happy with how we take a regular payment. We are an online subscription service, for regular, monthly window cleaning. As part of the service that all of our customer's chose to sign up to, they agree that they are happy for us to take an automatic card payment every 4 weeks, for their clean. This will be why you have been charged again; for the scheduled clean.
I'm also sorry to hear you haven't had luck in cancelling your subscription with us. I unfortunately can't check for your account details to look into this further, but have you tried getting in touch with us directly about this? We happily take on all cancellations direct - please feel free to give us a call on 07840843834.
